I went through the drive up window and ordered a big beef bowl and orher items it was 20 min b4 they closed he handed me the beef bowl and said they were out of ginger i wanted to return the beef bowl i would not of ordered it if i knew they were out of ginger there was a long line behind me so instead of making the people behind me wait i went around to the dive through to return the beef bowl for my money back when i got to the window i told the guy i wanted to return the beef bowl because there was no ginger there was only 5 min left b4 closing he went to get his manager and she came back and said she could not do that because she thought i took a bit from the beef bowl which i didn't at that time i told her i wanted my money back and she refused she had her worker give me 2 clam chowders instead and i did not order anything and o hate clam chowder she closed the window they were now closed so i could not even tell her to take back her clam chowder i didnt order. I have spent alot of money hear and to be treated like that was out of line. Im a rewards member and i emailed customer service my complaint and they said someone would call me back and no one did. So there for i wil never go to not only that yoshie but a will never go back to any of them. Unless they contact me and apoligise and give me a refund. Checked my receipt and the person who took my order (which turned out to be the manager) neglected to add it, although she read back my full order after I placed it. The window attendant was kind enough to order and ring up the spring rolls. When I got home I opened my large beef bowl container only to discover that it contained beef, chicken, and vegetables. Tough order to mess up, but it happened. I returned to the store, stated my issue to the manager, including the initial spring roll issue, and she flat out blamed the window attendant for missing the initial spring roll order and getting the beef bowl order wrong. Since I don't come very often they add lots of stuff while I am gone so there is always so much food. The workers are very nice and seem to be very good friends. I love the food (especially the steamed veggies) because it's a good price, they give a good amount, it's of course delicious, they have a drive through for easy access, and much more. I wish there were more stores because it's maybe 15-20 minutes away but we normally go there if we are hungry after or before a movie, or just don't have any food at home and want something delicious. It is was clean which is always a good thing and it is very peaceful. It's a good place if you want a full meal but don't want to sit in and eat, or a good place to eat with friends and family.
