I must express my sincere enthusiasm for the recent dining experience I had at FengYings Kitchen, located in Garibaldi Food Court. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed their delectable sweet and sour chicken accompanied by rice, macaroni salad, and cucumber salad. Furthermore, I must commend them for their handcrafted pot stickers, which we managed to savor six pieces for a mere $5. These pot stickers were not only sizable and generously filled with flavorful pork, but also impeccably paired with their delectable sauce.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of the sweet and sour chicken - the sizable chunks were far superior to the minuscule pieces typically served elsewhere. The delightful combination of flavors incorporated in their sauce undoubtedly elevated this dish to the pinnacle of perfection. Equally delightful was their refreshing cucumber salad, exhibiting a satisfying crispness and just the right amount of Chinese spiciness. Not to mention, the macaroni salad was equally as enjoyable.
Needless to say, we left feeling completely content and satisfied. In fact, our dining experience at FengYings Kitchen was so exceptional that we made a return visit today to relish in an additional twelve more pieces of their exquisite pot stickers. I wholeheartedly recommend this humble trailer to all food enthusiasts – one must not miss out on the opportunity to savor their exceptional...

I took a very hardcore food cretic, who has eaten all around the world & all over the food cart venues in Portland, Beaverton & St John’s. Hands down the best Asian Fusion food cart in Oregon. A tip call in order before you go their they are so busy from others calling in your wait will be kind of slow even to Oregon standards. But worth the wait. I got the beef wrap and it’s the best I’ve ever had from anywhere in the world I’ve traveled. Who would of ever guessed in Garibaldi Oregon. The best food cart...

Perhaps the best part was that each of our entrees came with a choice of 2 “salads”. The broccoli salad was fresh and had an excellent savory dressing, as did the cucumber salad. I’ve never been a huge kimchi fan but theirs was awesome.
Portions were decent and the price low. Two dishes was more than enough for us both for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow.
So glad we finally stopped in and...
