When I first drove by, I thought it said “phalanx” pizza. Passing by again, I then thought “Lorax.” Ohhhh Kay…but what piqued my interest was “wood-fired.” then I did the goog and found the name. I was bummed because I dropped my kid off at band camp on Sunday and THOUGHT I was returning the next Sunday and wouldn’t get to try it. But I actually returned on Saturday. Winning! I love pizza. My favorite food. But most places suck. I wasn’t expecting much, because we were on the coast. But when we opened the box, my hopes went up. First bite, my son and I looked at each other, eyes wide open. Damn. This is good pizza. No, GREAT pizza. I wholeheartedly recommend forbix pizza. This place is the bomb. It’s incredibly delicious but also affordable which is next to impossible to find when looking for pizza in this area…

My stomach tends to struggle with pizza, but their fresh ingredients and that delicious fermented sourdough crust never give me any problems - aside from craving more!! All of their pizzas are delicious, but I’m a sucker for a special, so keep an eye out for any they might have when you visit.

If you have leftovers - throw them in the oven or air fryer and they taste just like they are out of the wood fired oven...

Delicious pizza! You wouldn't think a delicious pizza would come from such an unassuming pizza cart but you'd be surprised. It tastes like some of the best that you'd find in a booming metropolis. The staff is friendly and kind too. The only way this place could get better is if it would relocate to Rockaway Beach.
