Sea Baron Fish & Chips — Restaurant in Garibaldi

I've stopped by this place 3 times during their "open hours," and they've been closed. There weren't any notes that i could find stating why.

I will update my review when I've actually had an experience at this location.

The food is incredible! I'm glad I gave them another chance a few months after my initial review. Communication about the hours would be great, as I've been by since they've reopened and it was closed during what is advertised as being their open hours. If you're in the area, absolutely stop in for some tasty (albeit sometimes decently greasy) food. If you're traveling from out of town, be wary because maybe they're open... maybe...

We waited 3 days for them to get open and was it ever worth the wait. The employees were friendly and the food was excellent and served in copious amounts! My wife and I are from Montana and don’t get fresh seafood very often so we usually order several orders of things to make sure we get to try it all. This food was terrific, fresh clean and tasteful, and the amounts were such that we could not even begin to eat anywhere near all of it. I highly recommend this place! The actual fish and chips are delicious. The problem is I didn't want to eat them anymore after watching the counter girl blow her nose, wipe her eyes and nostrils, and then go back to handling food without washing her hands multiple times. Can't say anything about the other dishes because they were sold out of everything by 1pm, and the same counter girl seemed to take delight in being as rude as possible to people about the fact that they were out of their whole menu.
