Sunday before last, I prepaid and left a tip after ordering online. When I arrived and looked at the deep dish pizza, it didnāt look right. Took it home, and the dough was RAW halfway through. It was disgusting. I went to the store, brought the pizza back to get a refund, and they at first told me they couldnāt give me a refund because the manager wasnāt there. Said she wouldnāt be back until the next day. š³
They said come tomorrow. I said absolutely not. That makes no logical sense. Then the young guy said oh the order is gone. I said I have the confirmation and receipt right here. There is no excuse for you to not give me a refund. Call your manager. They were literally in a tizzy over a 11 dollars refund and didnāt know how to process it. It took forever for them to figure it out.
Why is a manager and assistant manager missing where they cannot handle issues like refunds, and why do they have people with language barriers in the front who cannot communicate?
If a manager was there, they would have seen that the pizza was raw, and it wouldnāt have been given to me in the first place. Why are they leaving incompetent people to run a store?
By the time they finished, and gave me a refund, the people behind me were mounting and everyone was exhausted. This store needs to be more responsible. I canāt imagine how theyāve treated customers that didnāt...

When I arrived inside to check on the status, the poor cashier could only tell me that āthe portal os not workingā when I asked for a manager āsheās not hereā my pizza was cold and I had to choose, wait another 10 minutes or take fast food home that I have to reheat⦠whatās the point. Corporate needs to do better at preparing these stores for situations like this it is unacceptable for your system speed down and he said in the parking lot 30 minutes waiting for my order. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just want to start by saying I NEVER do online reviews... But as a manager in the food industry, the impression was made...
The manager that is was on duty today, Ruth, did a fantastic job, not only with my difficult request but also with every other customer she served as I waited on my order.
She was very pleasant and took great care of everyone as well as pushed store promos to EVERYONE of her guest. Making sure everyone had a reward card and that they were informed about the online ordering system... (which I didnāt know about until today)

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went here today to buy some Italian Cheese bread. My cashier was Luis G. He was extraordinarily polite and courteous. I had made several specific requests and he didn't show any frustration and was smiling through it all and very graciously agreed to oblige to my requests. I was quite intrigued by his conduct, that I asked him if he was the manager. With a smile he replied that he is. I replied that I asked because, I wanted to say a compliment to the manager about my excellent interaction with him. He smiled, and I said "Well then, please continue to do whatever you're doing, because you're amazing.". He thanked me. As I moved to the window to wait for my order, a lady who was also waiting for her order stated that what I said to Luis is 100 % the truth and that she came to Little Ceasars from Papa John's which was a couple of doors down. She said the staff there was really rude and Luis was exactly the opposite and she was really happy she ran into him also. There are reviews that I think about placing later on in the day. But my experience today was so good that I'm leaving this review right after I got home. Keep being awesome guys!! āāāāā 5 EASY...
