This place is always a hit or miss, and mostly a miss. Itās because of the manager, whom always has an attitude or is just straight up rude half of the time. Heās been known for missing items in our orders, giving us cold fries and a lot of other problems. The only reason we still come here is because itās a block from our house, since we live on a street right after it and itās one of the only fast food places open 24 hours and we are night owls. Some of the employees are okay, but this guy has been here for awhile and something always happens while heās there and we order. It never fails. If you see a blue pick up truck in the parking lot, thatās his and I wouldnāt suggest coming here whenever heās there. Heās an older hispanic gentleman.
Anyways, today I do my typical online order and then I leave to get get our food. I realized I forgot an iced coffee in the order, no biggie.. Iāll just either add it to my order at the speaker or just do a second order if need be.
To my surprise whenever I first got there, there was no one in the line. Feeling lucky, I pulled up to the speaker and told him I had an online order but Iād like to add something to it if I can or make a separate order for an item, whichever was easiest. It was in no means to complicate things for them. He begrudgingly asks me to pull around to the first window, and by the voice I just KNEW it was the manager. I sighed, pulled around and he almost made me pay again. He didnāt realize I was the online order until I reminded him and told him. Someone pulled up and ordered right after I did, so he was trying to charge me for theirs. No big deal, I understand a small confusion. However, he handed me my food and coke and I asked him āCan I add onto the order or make another small order now?ā He stared at me like I was an idiot and replied with attitude āWe donāt take orders at the window, you have to go back around and do it at the speakerā whenever I just mentioned it at the speaker and he told me to pull to the window! Why tell me to pull to the window then? I thought about just leaving at that point, but I decided not to. I pulled around, and ordered AGAIN and had to wait behind a line full of cars at this point. Maybe 4-5 cars. I just wanted to add an iced coffee!
Iām not trying to be entitled but itās very aggravating whenever thereās always a problem when heās there and his lack of customer service. I donāt understand if itās incompetence or just laziness at this point with attitude.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into this Jack in the Box at about 10:30 this morning. First I went to the restroom, the restroom floor was wet and smelled like it had been mopped with a bucket of urine, also both trash cans were full. The sign on the bathroom wall stated that the restroom is checked every hour, I beg to differ. I was the only customer inside the restaurant at that time, the rest were all drive-thru. So not sure how many customers they had, in the hour prior to my arrival, that peed on the floor and filled both trash cans.
Against my better judgement, I decided I would order some breakfast. I went to the counter and first let the employee know the restroom was disgusting. As I started to order, I notice the, shake or ice cream machine , looked a mess, but again I threw caution to the wind, and I ordered a #22 with no meat, a large drink and some churros. The employee handed me my cup, and I proceeded to the drink machine. I get to the drink machine and find it disgustingly dirty. Soda was sticky shiny on the machine. Meaning the soda had been left on the machine for so long, it was reverting back to syrup. Now I stood there for a second, trying to decide if I really wanted food and drink so bad, that I was willing to risk my life ( I had gotten really sick from a milkshake at this location a couple of years ago, this was my first time back there). I decided it was not eorth the risk. I tossed my cup in the trash and walked out. I did not even stop to get my money back, because I was just that disgusted.
There were 4 employees that I could see working at the time. Not sure how the whole fast food thing works, but two could have been cooking, one taking orders and the other attending to the filthy lobby and restroom. Like I said I was the only lobby customer at that time. The only other person in the area, was outside smoking a cigarette, he had just lit, as I was walking in. Perhaps the owner needs to have a meeting about food borne illnesses and time management. Needless to say I will never return to that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually donāt write reviews but I honestly had to because I was a bit disappointed with todayās order. We ordered our food online and as we left to head home, I was about to go in to get some fries ( I eat those first thing since I am pregnant and was already hungry from a 1 hour drive) and noticed there wasnāt any, so we had to head back. When we went back to let them know what happened , we over heard one of them speak Spanish and assuming that we already ate them already which WE DID NOT. We had to come back just for the fries. My boyfriend even told the cashier that they can look in the bag if theyād like to check for themselves and they didnāt want to and decided to make some for us, it made me upset because they really assumed and was talking bad about us in Spanish, like if we arenāt going to understand what they said. Love going there but I might have to rethink where to get my cravings at now because of this. Update: we also ordered a Lemon Powerade and itās unfortunately lemonade. or appears to be Lime Powerade but definitely taste more like Lemonade and we are not heading back for the second time so I ended up just letting it go.
