My kids and I used to eat here all the time and was really excited to be back...that is, until she called a table full of minorities "dumb little kids".
The kids had just came from the arcade and we decided to eat. One 6 year old was playing with his slinky and it fell to the ground. As he bent down to pick it up, the female owner turned around real fast and tripped over his little body. The child, mortified, goes over to as her of she is okay. He is met with this much larger woman jumping up shouting and yelling at him, accusing this little boy of purposely tripping her, when in fact it was you who tripped over this poor child trying to grab his slinky.
To yell and scream like a petulant child, and call a group of children " stupid little kids", all because your parents never taught you to slow down and look where you are going...is YOUR PROBLEM! Lady you need help. Thank you for ruining what was a great night, and traumatizing some elementary school kids.
Don't worry, we will NEVER be back. We are pissed we ever spent so much money eating here over the years.
EDIT: If you are going to write a response then you darn sure better be telling the truth. I am an Investigator, I do not need to lie. The 3ft kid you tripped over is a 6 year old little boy who was picking up a slinky for the arcade. We were in a group and was treating the children who all play on a team to arcade and pizza.
The nerve of you to lie. Post your video if you have one. You won't because you know that little boy was a child. A teenager would have popped you in your mouth these days, not cry.

Then say we ordered three pizzas and left without pating...goes to show how much of a liar you are. Our instructor (another local business) paid our bill, and we never ordered three pizzas. Just goes to show how many times you have lied, disrespected customers, and tripped over kids. You can't keep count. In fact, when you did this, the owner of the business was up front paying the bill which is why you got away with cursing out one of his kids.

I have had errors on my orders, not received the orders for hours, and today, I placed an order online and again, they only brought half of my order. I called to let them know that I was agitated that this continues to happen, and was rudely told that it may not happen if I just call it in instead of ordering online.I explained that the way I chose to order was not an excuse. If they offer online ordering, they should be able to handle it just the same. I advised that I cannot always call to order and the response I got was "Well, you called now, why couldn't you just call before?", to which I replied that I was in a meeting on a call at work and had to order my family's dinner online and that I shouldn't have to explain why I chose one of the methods offered over another for ordering. He went on to be extremely rude by telling me I am just wasting time arguing with him when he could be making my pizza and he had other customers to deal with. I asked if he was the manager and he laughed and said yes. I asked for his boss and he laughed again and told me he didn't know what I was trying to get at. I told him that he was being completely unprofessional and had zero customer service and that his reaction to something that was their fault, was not okay. He told me that he didn't need customers like me and that they had enough business and didn't need mine and wouldn't be bothered if I were no longer a customer. At this point I just hung up. I am completely appalled at how this was handled, that someone that is representing this business as a person in charge, is behaving this way and treating customers this way, especially when they are at fault for not giving me what I paid for. I will be talking to the owner, but I will also not be giving them my business anymore. I am very disappointed because I do love their food, but will not support any business that treats paying, loyal customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read more2nd review in a year after first order was bad about a year ago. Like i said below,in my review a year ago, We've been ordering Sali's for many years and will not be reordering again. We ordered a Chicken Ceasar salad for my daughter that had luke warm chicken, room temperature Very wilted old brown lettuce. It was like the salad was cooked in a hot oven or left sitting out on a counter Hot because our order wasnt hot when we recieved it, only room temperature. They did replace the salad bevause it was gross and totally brown & wilted and my 7 yr old wouldn't eat it. The rest of the food was room temp as if it sat on a counter for 20 minutes before it was delivered. Mind you these are Covid times and our calzone and stromboli werent even individually wrapped. Just put in a large pizza box and hand delivered in said large box Completely Ajar (open) with our food exposed with the salad in a paper sack and 6 rolls barely wrapped in foil ONTOP of our stromboli and calzone crushing them With the Large Box open and exposed as if the pizza box holding our unfoiled calzone and stromboli was a open purse for salad and bread sticks. I had to reheat the calzone and stromboli to sterilize the open pizza box purse delivery stranger exposure. What a horrific experience. After all that, who could enjoy anything. It was the worst, I wish i could provide a picture. Worst 35$ spent on room temperature food and hot wilted ( wilted because old gross brown salad mix and hot ontop of that)salad. Ughhhhh.
Been coming here for years and this time the service wasn't as friendly and I came to pick up an order that we called in. Servers eating at tables, manager on a personal call in another language and nobody helped me for almost 10 minutes so I sat at a table. Finally the manager got off the phone and I gave him my name. My food was right next to him on the counter getting cold. I got home and it was cold. Will try again some other time in the far...
