5 visits over the course of 2 weeks. For some reason my wife has been craving subway and we've been left severely disappointed and every time, and 4 of the visits resulted in us only being given 6" sandwiches when footlongs were ordered. Every time I've gone in it's the same two guys behind the counter who barely speak English and don't understand anything they are supposed to be doing. Every sandwich we purchased had very little ingredients and when I say very little I mean like 2 tomatoes slices, 3 spinach leaves, 4-5 black olives, 4-5 slivers of onion, tiny drizzles of sauce even when the order calls for extra sauce. Or sandwiches have all been mostly bread and smaller than what was ordered. Constantly out of everything. Wife ordered a spinach wrap and got a flat bread. We order Italian herb and cheese and get plain white bread. 3 times in a row the Dr pepper was out. I asked them about it and after 20 minutes in the back, coming up and asking his coworker for help, I was finally told they were out. Tried then to get cherry Pepsi, also put the same 3 visits. The last time I went in and watched them make the sandwiches, finally got the footlongs we asked for but when I asked about the herb and cheese bread and why they were using white bread instead, they pointed at the oven and said it was broken. But they had a full rack of doughs proofing to go into the oven. I was asked what sandwich I wanted and when I told them several times they finally gave up and asked for the number off the board. Then proceeded to use the wrong meat, when I said it was wrong he told me they only have shredded chicken before grabbing a different scoop and then showing me chunk chicken. They are either incompetent, lazy, or plain don't care. I watched them cut my sandwich with a dirty knife, I asked why and was told they didn't have any clean ones. Needless to say I went home and cut off a small section of of each half of my sandwich. They messed up my transaction and had me swipe my card so many times my card got locked for suspected fraud activity. I had to go home and call the bank to have my card unlocked. Went back and it worked the very first time. The icing on this dumpster fire of a cake, the last time I was there and they were making sandwiches they began talking in a foreign language and laughing, then one of them looked up and said something again in a foreign language but included the words " on camera " in clear English before suddenly going quiet. I was excited when I saw the remodel thinking this subway would finally be better and stop having old wilted veggies, but somehow they have gotten significantly worse. Read moreKind of discouraged by this place. Hit or miss. Not the standard subway service. Came recently and it was great! They have a wonderful drink selection that is super refreshing. Paid $6.50 for a 6" sub, drink, chips, and a cookie. I went there again and there was a different person serving me. The lady before me in line asked for her to put extra tomatoes on her sandwich and they lady argued with her and said there was a limit on how many tomatoes you could have. As I recall, subway normally let's you put as many of the salad fixings on their sandwich as you would like so that seemed odd to me. The lady ordering was furious and on her way out she said that the server was terrible. When I ordered I noticed my server put a significantly less amount of meat on my sandwich in comparison to yesterday so I politely asked her if she could put a little more on it. And specifically said just a piece or two. Which is exactly what she did. Well when I was checking out, I noticed my meal cost $8 instead of the $6.50 it cost the day before. I asked them about it since it was a different person checking me out and he said that I got extra chicken. I spoke with him about it for a few seconds and he removed the extra charges for the chicken. But my meal cost $7.36 for the exact same thing today. I will not be going back to this location. There's a location in the Walmart across the street that I will go to before going back to this one again.

Read moreI recently visited this Subway to pick the online order I placed via app, expecting to enjoy a delicious veg patty footlong sub, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon receiving my online order, I discovered that the veg patty was nowhere to be found. Instead, all I got was a mishmash of vegetables hastily thrown together. Not only was I not informed about the unavailability of the veg patty, but the substitute vegetables was very bad.
As if that wasn't disappointing enough, the non-veg sub I ordered had stale meat that left a bad taste in my mouth – literally. It was evident that the ingredients were not fresh, and the overall quality of the sub was below average.
To make matters worse, when I brought up my concerns to the salesperson, the response I received was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing my valid complaints with empathy and professionalism, they dismissed them with indifference, displaying a complete lack of customer service etiquette.
Overall, my experience at Subway was incredibly disappointing. It's disheartening to see a franchise that prides itself on fresh ingredients and customer satisfaction fall so short of its promises.
