Taco Bell — Restaurant in Garland

*RUDE/Disorganized & UNPROFESSIONAL! One early morning (03/28/2019), me and my significant other decide to stop and get breakfast to order our fave, steak breakfast quesadilla. We arrive at 6:45 am fully willing to wait until 7am... the alleged open time of this store. We actually sat until 7:10am and pulled into the drive thru. After 3 minutes of silence, someone finally rudely came one and said " WE AINT OPEN YET"... we politely asked.. "how much longer will the wait be".... the rude ignorant woman said .. " in about 15 to 30 minutes..." so i asked "despite your store listing's saying 7am open time, you are knowingly delaying business needs and business operations" ... rude associate again says : "YEP".. in shock... we pulled away and immediately into the gas station next door only to see another car pull into taco bell, ORDER & receive food... My complaint is not asking for anyone to be fired because let''s be honest, 9 out of 10 , nobody working at TACO BELL is worth the pointless call to corporate.. who doesnt care... i'd just like to say SCREW whoever the crew was that morning & dont expect the "fight for $15" to end anytime soon, your attitude deserves that $8 or $9 you get an hour... DO BETTER & your struggle will end !! Maybe you'll even do your job & become good enough to run one.... but...

I ordered online through the app. When I arrived the guy at the window was rude and little hostile but I wasn’t tripping since I wouldn’t have to deal with him since I already ordered. I got home and was giving everyone their food and splitting the napkins. As I was giving the last 2 napkins out the last napkin had writing on it calling me out of my name. Keep in mind I ordered through the app only needed to pick up my order. I drove back up there since I live close (literally under the light) and the guy who handed me my food tried to lie to the manager saying he didn’t take care of me but it wasn’t even 5 mins since i picked up my order. The manager kept apologizing and gave me a refund immediately. I’m just trying to figure out what did I do so wrong to be called out my name? Yes the order was kinda big but I had no problem waiting I didn’t leave the house until 5 minutes after I placed my order since I lived so close. I was kind and courteous just to be called out my name for literally absolutely no reason. I will be taking this up with corporate but I want to thank the manager for taking this matter serious but I don’t think I will ever come back to this location. I’ve seen this type of stuff happen to people online but never in a million years would I have thought it would’ve...

Never again! And for anyone else who thinks about eating here, don't! They are rude, would rather take their lunch break when they're super busy and customer needs help, I had a problem with my order because their systems were not reading my in-app order but the manager who was going to help me thought her break was more important. They leave the food unwrapped inside the packages and barely have the packages wrapped when they put it in your take out bag. The meat tastes undercooked. And then when I bit into my Crunchwrap Supreme I noticed that the lettuce and tomatoes are rotten, the lettuce was brown and my tomatoes we're really squishy like they have been sitting out for hours. And the worst part about it, one of the employees took an order out to a car that was waiting, she was wearing gloves when she went out touching doors and counters then came back in and proceeded to make orders without changing gloves or washing hands. When another customer said something about the girl having not changed her gloves the girl looked at the customer and gave her an really really ugly look. This place is disgusting, never again! Thank God I took pictures...
