We ordered again tonight. The order was wrong and I called to say that we received 1 pk of dressing for 2 large salads, 1 salad was missing ingredients, 2 kid subs were missing cheese and black olives. I asked that they deliver the dressing and missing salad ingredients. I have cheese so can fix the subs. The "manager" decided the best customer service she could provide would be to ARGUE with me over whether the cheese was on the sub or not. After 10 mins of this pointless dispute, she ended the conversation by saying she will remake the kids subs and send a video of the cheese being added so I can use it as a reference to find the cheese on the other subs. And the driver will deliver it along with the other missing items. REALLY !? Wow ! To the "manager" of this location. I think you should stop acting like a spoiled child and should sign up for a few courses in customer relations and business management. The way you handled this tonight was unprofessional. You COULD shown excellent customer service to me and leadership to the other employees by simply apologizing & fixing it. The choices YOU made tonight has cost that location a customer of many years and many other customers who decide to order else where after reading this but also it cost the respect of the other employees since they are the ones that ended up apologizing for your rude behavior.

Driver delivered the "fixed" items. This time the kids subs did definitely have cheese and black olives, however, they were not toasted. Another fail for the smart Azz manager of Cappolla's Garner- HAHAHA honestly laughing at this point is all I could do. We ended up having a great time tonight with our grandkids at Mcds.

Most of time its great. Have been ordeing here 1x wk for 5 yrs. - 1 suggestion: if u want sub toasted then say very toasted and if u want extra olives then say extra extra. (Maybe I jus love black olives) we have found this to the best of 6 delivery places...

My family ordered pick up today. I ordered the Spinach Stuffed Manicotti. The staff were really sweet and patient (I didn't know what I wanted at first.) The girl on the phone was very helpful! I gave this restaurant a two star rating because of price compared to product. When I opened my pasta first thing I noticed was it was very watery. At that point, I assumed, it was heated in a microwave. I didn't see any Manicotti. I saw a marinara sauce and a layer of cheese atop (assuming mozzarella.) I couldn't break the cheese with my fork because it was hardened and had to get a knife. Once I broke the cheese barrier I noticed the amount of marinara sauce was overcompensating for something. There was way too much. I still couldn't see manicotti. So I searched and found some. It fell apart because it was too tender. Didn't keep it's shape. Still I wanted a taste test. The spinach was rubbery. Or chewy? I my took a lot to break it down. The sauce was way too salty. And the cheese, I believe Ricotta, was so dry it broke into tiny specs and felt like sand in my mouth. If I'm going to spend what I did I expect a better food presentation. Less is more when it comes to the marinara. The spinach needs to be chopped, not whole, and should be cooked a lot less longer. The cheese would be fine if it was prepared daily. This meal tasted/looked frozen and it was supposed to be a 'speciality.'

Maybe food prep early in the AM and refrigerate. Make just a little more than you think you'll sell. Use oven to warm. Don't freeze then microwave. Also, when someone orders stuffed manicotti, they want to see the stuffed manicotti. Maybe two noodles and top with a 1/4 cup of marinara? Idk... I was looking for authentic Italiano and this didn't fit the bill.

WOW Amazing tasting Steak Stromboli delivered still hot and FULL of fresh delicious steak, mushrooms, onion and LOTS of mozzarella!! Club Cold Sub also had lots of ingredients just wish it had more than one small slice of each of the meats. UPDATE 1/9/24 Grilled Chicken Breast Hot Sub perfectly seasoned and FULL of delicious, fresh ingredients!!!❤️ UPDATE 3/20/25 I love this location!! Big portions at a small price! Today my Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo had lots of chicken, pasta and cheese. Garlic knots were dripping with garlic butter which I love. Chef salad was made with shredded lettuce which I love and FULL of meats and vegetables. UPDATE 8/2/25 Ordered Deep Dish and it tasted amazing and delivered still warm! Fresh, seasoned perfectly and a huge pie at a small price! Fried Zucchini and Fried Mushrooms are of course delicious as well. This location runs like a well oiled machine and I consistently receive awesome food at a terrific price. You can't go wrong no matter what you order!!! A must try location if you love food that is always delivered hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned with large portions at a small price!!❤️UPDATE 8/16/2025 Love the Spaghetti with Meat Balls with extra meatballs it is so amazing!! Love the thin linguine noodles I received on this visit. Garlic Knots with extra garlic butter...
