Yesterday my friend Victoria and I wanted to go hangout so we decided on going shopping at Walmart and other stores near Walmart. It was a bad decision because it was 85 degrees outside. We were walking around outside for a little while going to the stores nearby. We finally went to Walmart we went shopping there for a while. We both been wanting to try the 5 dollar cookie so thatâs what I bought for us. She wanted to try the pretzel so she went back up to the counter to buy us a pretzel. There was 2 workers, there was a male and a female. The man was very nice but the female was very rude. Her name was Shelby. My friend went up to buy a pretzel and Victoria didnât even get to order what she wanted yet and Shelby said âIâm not doing this youâre not getting a water cup.â Victoria didnât ask for a water cup, Victoria responded saying âI didnât want a water cup I want a pretzel please.â Shelby just walked away and didnât apologize or anything. I didnât know what happened because I was still at the table. While she was still up there I walked up and asked âcan I get a water cup please.â The male was in the middle of handing me the water cup and Shelby yelled at him for trying to give us one. The male apologized for not being able to give us a cup, he also had to apologize for her being rude. I told Victoria maybe she was just having a bad day. Victoria told me a story about how a similar thing happened with Victoria and her sister, Shelby wouldnât give her sister a water cup either. We got done eating the pretzel and we were about to leave. We werenât done shopping we wanted to go to more stores, but again it was 85 degrees outside and it was a very hot day and we were thirsty. When we were leaving I walked up to the counter and Shelby was in the middle of making a sub and completely ignored me until she was done making the sub. So I politely said âhey can I please get a water cup?â She responded in a rude tone âIâm not doing this, no you canât.â I said, âwhy canât I? Itâs 85 degrees outside and we are walking around.â She said, âno youâre with her so you canât have one.â And just walked away. Ive never been treated like that at a subway, especially over a water cup. When I go to subway and get a water cup I get water. But again the male that was working was very pleasant and nice to us and had to apologize for her actions which I do not think was fair for him to have to apologize for her.    Read more100% unhappy and sickened. Cross contamination and disinterest in customer satisfaction. I twice told the guy making my wrap that it was to be a veggie wrap. He proceeded to start my wrap then he started my friends food. A gentleman walked in behind us and ordered a tuna sandwich. While making the tuna sandwich a huge blob of tuna fell into the cheese bin and he just left it sitting there. The man making the tuna sandwich took his gloves and squished the tuna down into the bread, then proceeded to use the same, tuna smeared, gloves to remove veggies for another sandwich. After that he full on grabed my wrap with the same tainted gloves. He had now transferred tuna to 3 or 4 veggie bins, a cheese bin and 2 other peoples food. Cross contamination of food is a health issue and I do not recommend that anyone eats here if thats how their employees care for their product and...
   Read moreI really wasnât going to say anything but this is the second time this week my fiancĂ© and I have gone into the Walmart subway for food. The first time we had a rude young man who just really wasnât pleasant. Then today it was the young man and a woman. The young man wasnât as bad but the women was awful to my fiancĂ©. She asked him if he wanted both his subs the same, mind you we got multiple subs, and he said no unsure of what she meant. She finished his first sub and asked about the next one and when he said the same as the first one she made a snarky comment about âthatâs what I meant when I asked if you wanted them the sameâ.
