Fruitful Yield — Restaurant in Geneva Township

These people are very knowledgable about the products. I love going here. This has been my favorite health food store for a while and felt like they deserved a good review since I now have Internet to wrote one. I saw a post below about a smoothie bar but this store does not even have one. Maybe they were referring to another one but the guy is getting mad that he got there late and they wouldn't make him one and it's like that's your fault for getting there late. Would you want to stay late at work because someone decided to come last minute? It would be one thing if it was minutes before they were shutting down but he goes after the daft when they are already cleaning. Get over it. This place is awesome and they know their products. You go to whole foods and the only thing staff can tell you there is how popular something may be. I take that with a grain of salt because does popular mean it works good or does it mean it's the best priced which makes it sell good? I'll always go to fruitful yield for...

Drove half an hour just to get a smoothie for my girlfriend who is on an extremely restricted diet. I got there at 6:10. Store closes at 7.

Went back to the smoothie bar only to find a guy washing some dishes in the back. He tells me that the smoothie bar closed at 6. So I asked him if he could just please make 1 smoothie for me. Tells me that he couldn't. So I find something else she can have and while I'm checking out, I asked the lady who was ringing me up why they didn't keep the smoothie bar open until closing time. And she said it was because if they did, the guy who did the smoothies would have to stay a little late to clean up.

Well I'm sure sorry for the inconvenience of making you stay a few minutes late to do your job, but what happened to some common sense customer service?! So I went all the way out there just to have a couple employees tell me they can't sell me something because it would inconvenience them?? I'm sorry, but that's not the kind of store I want to do business with. Highly...

So, I went here for the first time b/c I just saw my favorite local health food store, soup to nuts, is closing :-( This store is like soup to nuts on steroids! Well...natural steroids if those exist! There is so much more here than at soup to nuts AND the prices are at least 20% off EVERYTHING. Super nice considering natural and organic stuff is so expensive. The quality seems pretty good too. They have everything soup to nuts had and MORE (except the nuts, seeds and herbs in bulk, which was the primary reason I went to soup to nuts, so i'm sad about that) Interestingly, I still had to wait around for an employee to come check my out, this must be a health food store thing. :-( BUT, I'm super happy they have Kombucha's and I tried the house (Now) dried fruit and it is yummy (and super affordable!)
