Warning if you have food allergies!!!

Ordered meals for my children. For one of the meals I ordered a strawberry milkshake with no whip cream and no cherry. When I got to the window I noticed that the milkshake had whip cream and a cherry which I had told her when I ordered not to add it to the drink. When I informed the lady supervisor at the window she took a spoon and just swiped off the whip cream and cherry. I let her know my son is allergic to cherries. She told me to pull over to the side of the restaurant so they could remake the milkshake. When they came and gave me the milkshake I noticed it was the exact same one she had removed the whip cream and cherry from. They LIED about remaking it. Be careful when dining here especially when you have food allergies. Some of the employees here are CARELESS!!!! It’s just a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Just ate there 30 minutes ago- employees were outside taking orders- ordered a #7 with no chicken (which makes it a normal BLT) the young man (who is awesome, this kid will make a great boss one day) needed help from his manager, a brunette in her 60s, on how to enter it in his system and when he asked she exclaimed “NO CHICKEN?!” ...Um, we were in our car less than 5 ft from her. She then came over to the car with him and continued to pretend to be confused as to why someone would order a sandwich with no chicken (not that i should need to explain but the chicken sandwiches are a little too big for me and they get messy because i cant take gigantic bites, super sorry lady- my husband likes to eat here) I did get my sandwich with chicken on it so they had to do a new one for me. Happens everytime but its no big deal, i get that its a weird ticket. Love the food, love all the young men and women that work here, they are always so sweet. But an ADULT manager acting like that? I am a regular at this location and frequently stop by after my job for dinner. On this fine occasion I decided to treat myself to an “icedream” cone. I told the man at the drive thru twice that I would like it in a bowl since I was driving. While he read my order back to me he included that it would be in a bowl. When. I arrived to the window an employee named Lauren screamed that she needed someone to make an “ice dream” cone for my order. I immediately told her I needed it in a bowl and she didn’t correct herself to the employee making the cone. Once I told her for the second time she smashed the cone in a bowl and snarked “does this work?” When I told her I guess it would work she shoved it through the window without a spoon or a lid.
