Ordered here today (8/23/16) for my company as we're holding some training. I was nominated to pick it up.
Placed my order through the Eola location, which is where we've always ordered from when ordering from Jersey Mike's, and it was somehow sent to the location in Geneva. Ended up driving 20 minutes to the Eola location, only to be told all of their online orders had been fulfilled and that mine was currently sitting at the Geneva location.
Got in my car and drive another 20 minutes in the opposite direction. Got there, and I was ignored for about 5 minutes before anyone realized I was standing there (too busy with their in store customers, which I understand, but an acknowledgement would have been nice). Gave them a sheet of paper that had our order number on it, they grabbed my bag, handed me my drink cup and as I was grabbing the bottled drinks, they got my attention: I had another two sandwiches waiting. Okay.
Got back to the office after a wasted hour. Began distributing the sandwiches when we noticed 2/6 sandwiches were made incorrectly; asked for one sandwich to be a wrap, due to gluten allergies and they put it on regular bread and another was meant to be a mini and was made a regular. They also included ingredients that we meant to be taken off. Before doing anything, we double checked the order (which I did before placing it, as well) to make sure everything was ordered correctly and, indeed it was.
My boss, who paid for the meal, called and said they could remake the sandwich - after the ordeal, we weren't going back. They refunded us for one of the sandwiches and gave us a voucher for a free sandwich if we chose to come back. If it were my decision, I wouldn't be going back to this location at all as it seems they don't much care about...

10:30am put in a order on the Jersey Mike's app for 3:15pm pickup. I added a second sandwich at 12:40pm for same pick-up time. Went to quickly pick-up the order at 3;15. Order not on rack, not ready behind counter, and was not even being made. When I asked about my order the staff insisted I didn't place a order on the app. They looked in the computer printed something off walked away, not saying "anything". Didn't run and put the missed order immediately on the grill, took their time.12 minutes later someone handed me the bags saying "here you go". Read moreI just have to say that Sarah the AMAZING woman who assisted me with making my sandwich after a long exhausting 14 hr day at the Steelmill, was an absolute breath of fresh air.
Greeted with a radiant smile and a cheerful hello, she made my sandwich and engaged in conversation with me where I told her about my day and why I was filthy. Her professionalism, and ability to even upsell me suggesting I’d get more rest if I had more Jersey mikes for lunch made me chuckle but agree with her.
Weird to say but I felt at home in that sandwich shop and even though it was blisteringly cold outside her warmth and customer care and attention to detail really made your shop that much warmer.
Because of her I will only be getting my sandwiches from this location, and Jersey Mikes. Thank you Sarah! I did enjoy my lunch the next...
