That Burger Joint — Restaurant in Geneva Township

I went to Burger Joint with my friends and we really enjoyed the place! The Burger Joint is an amazing spot! The whole place is organized, clean, decent, and huge. They really maintained the place beautiful and bright. Their counter is wide and nice. You can clearly see their selection and the whole menu. They can manage to keep the lines straight and move fast. Everyone here is doing their job properly and treats their customers so well. Wonderful customer service! This place is definitely highly recommended! Their burgers here are really good, meaty, tasty, fresh, and very delicious. We ordered their burgers and fries. Everything here is really great and perfectly made. They also have other types of sandwiches and cool beverages. Very affordable and reasonable prices of food. You can buy anything you want here without breaking your pockets. All of the food is really worth the price! Their menu can really solve and satisfy your cravings. Sensational! The Burger Joint is definitely a gem in this area of Geneva. We are pleasantly surprised by how great this place is and its menu as well. Plus, they also have ice cream here, which is really fun, has lots of flavors, and is perfect for all ages. All of the food is quality and outstanding. Will definitely go back here again soon! My wife and I stopped here for a quick bite before a movie. Cleanliness was nota selling pointe here. There was nobody in the restaurant and all the tables were dirty.

I ordered a single burger and fries. My wife ordered a gluten free pizza with a salad.

The gluten free pizza was the same diameter as a soft ball. For $12? Really?

My burger was a joke. The patty (smeared to death with thousand island sauce) was so thin it reminded me of a McDonalds $1.49 burger and took me no time to finish. This was $8.00 then add the fries.

The place stared to fill in after we got here. An employee with dreadlocks was delivering food to the tables. Many times with far too much food than he could carry and as he looked at the ticket for the table each time his long hair went into the food. I've got no problem with his hair style but this man needed to wear a cover over his head to prevent this from happing.

I'm so surprised that a premium branded ice cream is associated with a terrible restaurant as this. I love ice cream and the though of it as an easy desert after dinner was a factor in coming here. Since this place is SO expensive for what they serve, I decided to skip it and go somewhere else.

I've eaten here a few time as it's always been great. Place is clean, staff is friendly, love there are so many options. Today I tried online for the first time so I wouldn't have to wait as it's always busy and did this around 8:16am for pick up at 1pm. Even called to confirm they would make one item with beyond instead. I arrive at 1pm and am told it would be ready shortly. I waited 20 mins like normal. Do not get me wrong this place is great and I will be back but it's 100% pointless to order in advance as it will not be ready. Only downside otherwise this place is great!

I am pleased to inform that I've eaten here twice since my last review because they have the best Beyond options in the area and my online orders have been. On time. Woohoo.

Unfortunately I ordered a Beyond Patty Melt today only to have found a piece of hair inside the melt. To say I was disgusted is an understatement hence the purpose of hairnets.
