Decent overall, but not what it used to be.
Food and prices have definitely been better in the past. We paid $50 for two people — one order had double protein.
The place is very clean, and the staff is polite and courteous. Service was good, maybe even excellent, but nothing above and beyond.
As for the food: It was over-sauced, over-oiled, and under-seasoned. That said, it was cooked fairly well. Just be mindful of how long it sits — it doesn’t hold up great. Still, it’s better than Panda Express, for what that’s worth.

I enjoy Bibibop as a healthy fast-casual alternative to restaurants like Chipotle, although I’ve yet to grow tired of my Bibibop meal as I eventually did with my go-to at Chipotle. This location sometimes gets busy but the wait is never unbearable. I make going to Bibibop a weekly tradition as it allows me to get some fermented foods that I otherwise wouldn’t have in my diet, like kimchi and pickled red onions. Spicy chicken and yum-yum sauce is my go-to and the free miso soup...
