I had a very pleasant experience at the Westerville store location today. I greeted by Banessa (with a B like boy) who asked what brought me in, Food and a chew toy for my bully. I feed him Taste of the Wild she offered to collect the kibble while pointing out a section of toys that were on sale. I found a Nylabone and she returned to recommend two lines of durable soft toys for my power chewer. I selected a Tuffy. She went on to point out addition sale items in a wellness aisle. She demonstrated a strong knowledge of the products and led me to try a dental regimine including a Bluestem water additive and PlaqueOff dental bones. It was her recommendation based on her personal experience and awareness of the ingredients (carb content and sea kelp specifically) that influenced my decision to purchase. She was familiar with my dog's breed and common health issues and pointed out the Brilliant brand Salmon oil to enhance my little homie's skin. I came to purchase a bone and some food but left with several products that I am excited to try. Although I made more purchases than I intended, I did not feel pressured to do so. I GREATLY appreciate the fact that Hollywood Feed delivers. I had one pup recovering from surgery and the other managed to destroy her crate—I had no idea how I was going to contain “the destroyer” while I left to buy her a new crate. But because they deliver, I didnt have to leave—Im sure that saved my home from being destroyed!! Additionally, one time Mita was delivering to a neighbor & I was walking the dogs, she stopped and gave them a little treat! It was SOOO nice & thoughtful!! The Staff at Hollywood Feed went above and beyond with helping me when I brought my 9 week Corgi into the store. They helped me choose the right harness, treated me to a bag of food, and talked to me about different toy, treat, and peanut butter options. They were extremely kind and caring! Additionally they told me if Tobi didn’t like anything I could bring it back. She didn’t like the training treats I bought so I took them back in and they exchanged them for me, after opening two bags of other treats to see if she liked those. 100% recommend!
