Scramblers — Restaurant in Genoa Township

Two weeks ago a party of 7 of us waited 40 minutes for a table. The manager would not allow an extra chair to be put at a table for six. They told me to call ahead and they would reserve a table. I did such for a party of 4 the next Sunday and it was fine. The following Sunday I called ahead for a party of 9 and when we arrived ON TIME they said a large party had come so they had no table for us. We saw a lady who we knew leave as we were being seated 40 minutes after we arrived. We saw her Monday morning and mentioned our long wait. She said when her group arrived they asked if she was the lady who had called ahead (supposedly they had written my name down) .She said she was not and didn't have a reservation. That was 5 minutes before our designated time. All they kept saying was,"We're sorry". ...

Walked into Scramblers in Westerville. The waitress sat us near the door and I asked if we could sit somewhere else .She turned and said the following “ we’re trying to clean here.” There were other people sitting in the same section . It’s a restaurant and we should be able to sit where we want. They don’t close until later in the afternoon. She rolled her teenaged eyes at us,shaking her head. I asked her if there was a problem. The absolute worst Coffee, took two sips of it and it was still on my bill. I ordered an omelette with no sides and I was still charged full price, $10. The omelette was overcooked, rubbery, lacked any seasoning whatsoever. It came with "Fresh Made Salsa" which was nothing but a couple of caned tomatoes in a small plastic cup. Service was bad, not once was I asked about my food even though I took a few bites of it and sat it aside. I was brought my bill no questions asked.
