I had stopped going to this location for months because I was annoyed that I had a few orders back to back (on different days, weeks apart) missing ingredients on my orders. I never complained because of being busy and not wanting to be a pain. Tonight I went back to get a Spicy Italian, went home and discovered it was missing the spicy peppers. The receipt showed Spicy Italian, but the sandwich was missing the spicy part. Annoyed, I returned to simply swap out the sandwich. The gentleman at the counter that I initially interacted with was nice, apologized and said he would just have them make a new one for me and that was all I was hoping for so I was happy for a moment. Somehow, a young lady got involved that made the situation very much more annoying to me at this point. She asked if I wanted to just get a container of the peppers instead, which in principle makes sense, but customer service wise was incredibly annoying to me. With this being my third experience receiving an order missing ingredients, which was explained in conversation, I didn't want the cheap out at that point after having to return to get my order right. I was instructed to throw my sandwich out and was not apologizing to or wished a good night by the young lady. I received a new sandwich after I had to over explain my case. Call me a Karen or whatever you want. If I wanted to put together a sandwich myself I would have done it at home to begin with, so I wasn't going to leave until I got a new sandwich. Read moreGeneral manager Micky was absolutely unprofessional told me she couldn't give me a refund and then told me all she could do was credit me my money even though my food was 45 minutes late and I've been told twice in that 45 minutes that my food was coming 20 minutes apart I live less than 2 miles away and then she told me it was my responsibility to get to the bank and get my money back and do it through that so that's exactly what I'm going to do so you guys are going to have a whatever bounce back in your account now which is absolutely horrible for you horrible delivery service horrible food a horrible boss. Read moreBad experience with my unwhich GARGANTUAN sandwhich, they wouldnt let me talk to the manager, they put pieces of lettuce under my sandwhich and said thats they way they come. I said i never had a problem with the sandwhich wrap in lettuce. It suppose to be tightly wrap so the meat wouldn't fall out. The girl kept laughing, which i see nothing was funny. So i took the sandwhich back. The manager who refuse to speak to me on the phone, tried to tell me how to eat my sandwhich, i said i know the sandwhich suppose to wrap, they need to google how is a unwhhich is prepared because they must of miss on what they doing.
