Unbelievable, I ordered a pizza here last Sunday and they never delivered 🤬 When I initially called, I gave them the address and specifically told them we were on the dock behind the maritime museum. They asked for my phone number, which I gave them. It was to be delivered in about 20 minutes, which is normal, give or take. After 45 minutes I called them again. The guy on the phone was telling me they tried to deliver, but there was no one there, so I asked why didn’t they call. He tells me they did, which was not true. I never received a call. The address they tried to deliver to wasn’t the address I gave them either, it was the wrong address. We argued, I told him he was lying, cause I gave him the correct address, my phone number, there’s no excuse why they couldn’t deliver. I was starving at this point, so I ended up canceling the order. I ordered at domino’s and guess what, I got my pizza in 20 minutes, no problems. I hope they listen to my phone call. I hate liars. By 11:40 my husband called and asked how long would it be she informed us they start delivering at 12. We didn't know that but continued to wait bc she said we would be the first order out. Only to recieve a call at 12:30 saying it couldn't be delivered bc they don't have any drivers you could have informed us of that when we called the first time. Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at this Gtown location. After three consecutive incorrect orders, I decided to go inside to ensure my order would be correct this time. Unfortunately, things only got worse.
First, I encountered an issue with their point of sale system, which only accepted tap payments—no chip or swipe. This forced me to use a card I didn’t want to use, which was frustrating.
Then, when my pizza finally arrived, it was the wrong one. I wanted the big NewYorker...After I requested the correct pizza, I found myself sitting in the lobby for an hour.
It’s disheartening to see a place I used to enjoy decline in quality and service. I hope they can get back on track, but for now, I won’t be returning...
