I recently visited Andy’s Frozen Custard in Atlanta, and trust me—this place is a frozen dessert dream! Since 1986, they’ve been perfecting their custard game, and it’s no surprise they’ve got 158 locations across the country. Everything is made fresh hourly, and you can taste the quality in every bite.

I couldn’t resist trying their limited-edition Pumpkin Pie Concrete—it’s their freshly baked pumpkin pie blended into their creamy vanilla custard, and it’s basically fall in a cup! 🍂 I also sampled the S’mores Jackhammer, which is vanilla custard mixed with hot fudge and graham cracker, then filled with gooey marshmallow. YUM! 😍 And if you're a coffee lover, you have to try the Yummy Latte—a rich blend of frozen custard, espresso, and your choice of creme caramel or fudge. It’s the perfect pick-me-up.

Whether you’re grabbing a simple cone or treating yourself to something seasonal, Andy’s has something for everyone. Walk up or hit the drive-thru, but don’t miss out on these incredible desserts.

Outdoor staff taking orders consistently recalled my order incorrectly, adding “butter-pecan ice cream”. Though I NEVER asked for that flavor. I reiterated my preferred flavor (peanut butter cup + pb) 3 times with him. After pulling up to the window, attendant confirmed order, and STILL he indicated butter pecan. So she said she would fix it and give me the peanut butter cup pint. Ultimately she still gave me the butter pecan pint!!! Which I didn’t realize till I got home and pulled it out the bag. They also messed up the kid’s sundae. So I was in the area again the following day. Upon sharing all this with the staff at the drive thru, she simply said “you can buy a new one! I wasn’t here last night and the night staff sometimes isn’t as good”. I wonder if Andy’s responds to all of their customers’ concerns this way. Try Morelli’s or one of the MANY other local high quality ice-cream shops, who actually take accountability for their errors and know how to serve...

I wish I could rate this a 0!!!!! Went here to celebrate my daughter passing her test. Ordered a vanilla ice cream with Oreos for her. After sitting down and getting settled I realized that there was not sufficient Oreos in hers. I went to ask for a little more on the side to mix and the cashier had to ask her manger who came and said that I would have to be charged for more. I showed her the cup and she was totally indifferent. Asked again and she said “let me ask” then she continued to make other customers orders. It wasn’t until I raised my voice that she came back 10 minutes later after the ice cream melted citing that she spoke to her GM and they could not oblige. ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Had high hopes for this place due to location but I will never be back here again. Good riddens. Maybe next year it’ll be...
