Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

In desperate need of a remodel. Lots of water damage from leaking ceiling (carpet water stains, peeling paint, moldy mouldings). The tree has been dead and gone for years, but they just put a table over the metal grid. If you sit there, your feet hang in the hole. Service and food are usually good, but building itself needs work. The Arby's in Acworth has been remodeled twice since I've lived in this area, but this one has not been touched. I will no longer sit inside and have to look at the buckets filling with drips and paint chips littering the floor as I eat. The workers do the best to clean what they can, but the owner needs to invest some money in...

Me and my brother went to the Arby’s on Dallas Hwy in Marietta, GA. I ordered a double Beef & Cheddar and a Apple Turnover and my brother got two Beef & Cheddar with two cherry turnovers. The problem is that my Beef & Cheddar had no Cheddar on it at all and all three turnovers were flat with very little filling and they looked like they had been sat on. This is the worst meal that I ever received from Arby’s.

I tried calling the business but no one would answer the telephone so I left a message with my cellphone number, yet no one called me back to ask me about my order or attempted to correct my issues. Their customer service is just as worst...

Second time going to this location and both times had to deal with the same rude woman at the drive thru who talks to people like they're dumb for asking a question. This last time I went by, even the person I had on the phone heard her and said her attitude was disgusting. Not sure if she's considered a supervisor/manager or what, but the receipt said Stephanie. If that's not her name, then the woman I am referring to is the heavy set broad with the long salt and pepper colored dreads or twists. I've already filled out the Arby's feedback form with this information more in detail but wanted others on here to know...
