I have been a regular customer of firehouse for many years. My kids have always loved coming in because their dad is a firefighter and they love the atmosphere. Today was a different story. We went in as I always do and ordered what we always order. My daughter and I both ordered a kids meal like always, however today I was told by the owner who was running the register that I could not order a kids meal because I was over 12 years of age. I explained that I have always ordered the same thing for many years and she told me it was her prerogative since she was the owner to not let me do that today and rang me up for a regular size meal. I asked her to show me anywhere on the menu etc that says adults cant order kids meals and she said it doesnt say it anywhere but she owns 3 stores and she can do whatever she wants with her stores. I explained to her that she would not be getting anymore business from us at any of her stores and I will happily go back to Hiram where we usually go. As my daughter was making her drink she turned to her staff (a young teenager) and began to talk about me and laugh, when I confronted her about this and told her that was not very good customer service and she should teach her staff different she tried to deny it but I heard every word. To say the least I nor my family of 6 will not be returning to any of her stores which are Silver Comet, Austell and Dallas Hwy. It totally wasnt about the money, it was just the point that an owner could...

I called the store, explained the problem and gave them an opportunity to correct the situation. When no solution was given, I asked for a refund and was told that they would not refund the purchase price.
I called the corporate office and talked to a nice customer service representative who told me that the store owner would contact me. Twenty-four hours later, no...

I ordered the meatball sub, which is a norm for me only to receive meatballs that were hard and burnt. I was not upset or rude, I simply showed the sub to the employee and asked could I get something different. Her response stunned me. She stated, “the meatballs just come like that.” Her response implied that I should accept the sandwich because this is how it comes. I asked for a refund and that was against policy… Ok, I asked for a sub… she reluctantly agreed and I went on my...
