Manager's name: Johnny Manager's boss's name: Angel Date of Transaction: 3/8/20 Restaurant #08372-GA-Grovetown They charged my wife's debit card and said she wasn't charged that her card was declined. She showed them where she was charged and they insisted she wasn't. While this is occurring, an employee in the background is telling the manager that this happened earlier with another customer. She hears the employee so she pays with another form of payment and was told to bring the receipt back to get a repeat of the order because they couldn't provide a refund. She told them her husband will return and the manager writes his name on the receipt for verification. I return the next night after getting off of work and the s!# hits the fan because the same manager starts our conversation with an attitude. After we go round and round about nothing, he tried to downgrade the specialty drink($2.99) to a regular soda, then I ask for a refund and I don't want the food. He has the receipt that he signed for verification to do so and tells me he can't because they don't own the card reader. I understand technology isn't 100% reliable but he wore on the receipt to provide a refund. Apparently he was instructed to only provide a duplication of the order. I tell him he needs to call her because I would like a refund. He calls her and she says that she unwilling to provide a refund or duplicate the order. We would have fo speak with her face tp face. I say ok and ask when does she work. He says she works on 3/10/20 in the morning. I ask what time do they open. He replies they open at 9am which is a lie, they open at 10. I ask when does she arrive and he says 8am. I let him know I'll be back at 8am. Let's see how...
Read moreI ordered (2) number 12's in the drive through line and upon arriving at home realized it was not the correct order. I called back to Arby's to let them know and spoke with a young lady who stated that she was a manger. I explained to her the situation and she explained that the menu item had changed. It was no longer a classic roast beef but classic chicken combo. I said "ok" I didn't realize the change but if it was anyway to make the situation right. She was not very friendly and stated that what I ordered is what I received. I explained that clearly it was a mistake especially since the menu item had been changed. She stated that I would have to bring that food back to the store in order to get the correct order. I explained that was not a problem, but who would bring food back in the middle of a COVID-19 Pandemic to a store that has already went to someones home? I explained the health and safety issues of accepting any food items back that have left the store. Needless to say I was uncomfortable returning the food in fear of receiving someones else food that may have been returned. I not only had to purchase food from somewhere else but was also...
Read moreI ordered on the app, 3 french dips & when I got there the bag & 3 sodas was sitting in the designated pick up area. Then I ordered 3 milkshakes when I got there. As the girl at the front counter made my shakes the 2 other kids working they were cutting up, running around, and just being really immature. Anyway I did tell them I drive up I-20 to come to this Arby's, so I get my shakes & I leave. So I get home and open the bag and start passing my husband & daughter and I realize we have NO AU JUS so I call the store and the rude I guess manager answers the phone and says "Sooooo what you want to come back and get some Au Jus?" I said No I live 20 minutes from there, I then asked if I could give her my name and number and come get something tomorrow she was so nasty and couldn't wait to be rude and she said no because the au jus is free. That was my que to say "ok thank you" and I hung up and came straight here. So tomorrow I'm going into Arby's on Gateway Blvd. and I'm gonna ask for a free au jus and I want everyone to know that the manager said...
