We are inundated with requests for reviews nowadays. So I only review someplace if it’s extraordinarily good or extraordinarily bad. This Boars head Café was extraordinarily bad. It was evident from the get go that the crew behind the counter didn’t have a clue of what they were doing. All six of them. I’ll say that again, there were six of them behind the counter to make sandwiches. I heard one person ask another what was supposed to be in my grilled cheese sandwich. Just look up on the board behind you. It lists the ingredients. While time I was there, I saw one lady asked for a refund, and two people were given the wrong orders. When my sandwich came out, it tasted OK because how can you really screw up the grilled cheese sandwich. However the bread was broken and it was not even grilled. One of the two things you really want in a grilled cheese sandwich. I should’ve gone to the Chick-fil-A that’s just a couple stores down. Boars head has always tried to be a brand of quality, but they’re really dropping the ball on this.

Rude and angry short woman with glasses working it and willing to be rude and ignore people clearly in front of the manager. Insanity. I watched this red haired lady piss off not only me but three other customers in a row. She was ignoring people as they stood waiting to be acknowledged at the counter. My 17 dollar sandwich was supposed to come with pickled red onions and instead I got cold raw onions on my warm sandwich. When I asked for a side of pickled red onions she said they don’t make pickled red onions even though it’s on the sandwich description? They even were cheap with the red peppers and only sprinkled a few on one half of the sandwich. AND when I got to the pay counter, their drink machine was leaking and when I leaned against the counter my pants got wet. And did the lady-presenting person with the mustache care? No, I informed them and they did NOTHING. No apology nor did they attempt to fix the leak or inform anyone of it. Terrible rude lazy people. Would never give my money here again.

Cons: They use thick slices for fast prep. Like you get one thick slice of each meat. Employees are overworked and are not interested in customer service. Bread was hard and dry, I had a sub style bread and you can tell it’s all frozen and moves fast. Had to pay extra for Mayo… They did not have change so was forced to leave them almost another dollar. Line was crazy long and they don’t have any organization. Two ppl were given wrong orders before mine. This is legit a disgrace to the brand. And no where near a NY style deli where you’d get better from boars head. You will have a better experience if you get a grab and go from any of the kiosks that have the same stuff. Don’t think bc it’s made fresh it’ll be better. I did and was wrong. I couldn’t even take a photo of the sandwich bc it was covered in oil and I didn’t want to touch my phone.

I wanted a breakfast sandwich and decided to go to the Boar’s Head to get one. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and was told 5-10 minutes wait on the eggs. The wait was fine because I had time before I needed to board my flight. I did wait a little longer for them to have the eggs available. I wasn’t sure how they were cooking the eggs but thinking it shouldn’t be that long. Again, I had a few more minutes to spare. When the eggs were available, I will give them credit for pushing out the orders as fast as they could. Where they went wrong was not having any order or organization of which customers ordered their food first. For those of us waiting and wanting eggs with our sandwiches, our names were not taken down. The staff would not have remembered who has been waiting first, second, etc. They were just calling out our food orders. Well multiple people had the same orders so, we aren’t paying attention to which customers were waiting the longest for their order. This was annoying. If it wasn’t for the kind people that actually noticed I have been waiting for a long time, I would not have gotten my food and waited longer. The sandwich was exactly what it is. I thought the eggs were scrambled but it was round, flat egg. I would suggest to do ingredients quality/quantity check so items can stay replenished. Also, if customers have to wait, at least take their names so items doesn’t cause any confusion. One customer did express their concerns about how long they have been waiting and other customers that ordered after them were able to get their food. I will say they staff were not rude from what I can observed. If the organization and customer service is improved, I may...

During a recent visit to the Boar’s Head Café at the Atlanta airport, I was disappointed with the level of service my wife and I experienced. While waiting in line—with only one customer ahead of us—an employee was restocking bottled water in the cooler directly in front of the counter. This action obstructed the customer from placing their order and continued for approximately two to three minutes, during which we all simply stood waiting.

When the employee finished and walked away, no one behind the counter acknowledged the customer. Despite four staff members being present, none appeared engaged or attentive. Eventually, one employee took the customer's order.

When it was our turn, we waited another two minutes before our order was taken. My wife ordered the Italian sandwich, and I chose the Blazing sandwich. The counter displayed a case of premade sandwiches placed on glass shelves, with no indication of how long they had been sitting there.

It took about five minutes for our order to be prepared, which was reasonable as my sandwich was heated. However, the experience at the register was lacking; the employee processing our payment was notably unfriendly and gave the impression that serving customers was an inconvenience.

The sandwiches themselves were adequate, but we expected a higher standard of quality and service from an establishment associated with the...

Needed a quick lunch today at the Atlanta airport. Every other food joint was busy so we went ahead with this place. The line did go by pretty fast. It's nice that they have a menu board. I'm a visual eater so it was great that they had a ton of pre made sammys on display. The ham and cheese on sliced white bread called my name.

The gentleman behind the counter helped us. We confirmed what the sandwiches were that caught our eye, there was no label for them. He asked if we wanted our sammys hot. It sounded nice so we got them toasted. We also asked for mayo and mustard to be added on our sandwiches. I personally would have liked some fresh veggies added my to sandwich but it's not an option.

The bread was nicely toasted but still soft. It did have a lot of ham to the sandwich. The cheddar cheese was a nice addition to the sandwich. It was a really one noted sandwich in texture. No crunch our freshness to it. It was a decent basic sandwich. If you like basic, this sammy is for you.

This joint is conveniently in the middle of all the gates so it's an easy place to eat. But after noticing other food vendors down by our gate, I probably could have passed on this sandwich. The staff was nice and the food was basic....
