China King — Restaurant in Georgia

Won't be giving them my money again! Food is decent but the customer service is definitely lacking. A line formed and only one guy was taking orders. The phone rang and instead of helping us that had been waiting, another employee came to the front and took the caller's order instead. She should've politely asked the caller to please hold while she tended to us. Strike one. I was told it'd be 10 minutes. The people ahead of me get their food, then I notice people behind me getting their order. Strike 2. After THIRTY MINUTES, I ask for my food. There's a woman in kitchen holding a BABY on her other arm fixing my plate. This has to be an OSHA violation! She hands it to the guy who was taking orders and he puts it in front of me and says have a good night. What about, sorry for the wait, or sorry for the mix up with your order?? Strike 3. Don't sleep in China King. Sometimes that hole in the wall place is exactly the place you should be eating at. Chinese food can always be a hit or miss with most of these being privately owned. I was in the area for work and China King was the suggestion from a co worker as our lunch spot for the day. As we entered i was a little worried. A couple tables and not very busy. I ordered the Mongolian beef which was crazy good. I told the lady there this could rank up there as one of the best dishes of Mongolian beef i have ate outside of China Town. I was for sure impressed. Flavor, spice, food temp, portion, price, time of service and freshness of food was all spot on. High praises for them. I would recommend. Wish they had ice...

I made an order with them before, and it wasn't expressed to me that I was out of range, I order again and now I'm out of range, but they are listed as in range on GrubHub. Checked how far it is from them to the house they will deliver to in my neighborhood...same. EXACT. miles. I waited too long to be told my order was cancelled as well. Ridiculous. The woman told me over the phone, well no one orders from your neighbor. So okay, no one read reviews either 🙄. So, in terms of food the quality isnt spectacular.
