No seriously. What is wrong with yall? I asked for room in my coffee not HALF A CUP OF COFFEE. Then i pay for a seasonal latte and yall give me a plain latte. I spend my money on this place and we get crapped on. The constant changes in staff tell me this location doesn't take care of their employees. The complete lack of hospitality confirms it. The baristas are miserable and don't care if you know. They don't acknowledge you unless you basically lean on the counter and initiate conversation. They're visibly resentful towards their customers like they didn't just sign up for a very fast paced job inside a very busy grocery store. The entire interaction, the worker seemed to be annoyed. I have put in orders ahead on the app, and shown up well after it was âreadyâ only to wait another 10 min. Ordering in the store? Set some Time aside.
