My only complaint would be some of the workers, particularly the female cashier wearing the braids, glasses and kinda chunky. She was rude during my visit. She had a flat, dry tone when making fragmented, short statements. Her demeanor was not friendly or welcoming. She stated the total and as I handed her my card she proceeded to hold the card reader out and just stated the following, “want any sauces?” I replied, “No thank you”. After my payment was made, she stated, “pull up”. I pulled up to the spot and waited. She came out shortly and held the bag up while starring at me. I pulled up 2 feet be exactly next to her and she just handed me my bag and walked off. She could’ve simply walked two feet to my window and handled me the bag but she just peeked her head out around the corner of the building, looked at me, and just stood there. Non of the following common introduction phrases came out of her mouth during the whole transaction: “Hello”, “May you”, “Thank you”, “Please”. Not to mention she did not even make eye contact with me and seemingly made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Here is some advice: Hire people who actually have experience in customer service and who do not evidently hate their job. It was visibly clear she was extremely unhappy while servicing me. Read moreI waited 7 minutes at the voice box just to be able to place my order. I place my order 4pc chicken the person said back to me 4pc chicken. I get to the window pay and get my order I start to pull away and realize I smell fish. I check and sure enough it’s fish! I’m pregnant and don’t eat fish! I go back and stop at the box and say I ordered chicken but received fish. They say pull to the window. I get to the window and the girl who actually took my order and payment wouldn’t come to the window but was in the background talking trash saying I said fish. The lady at the window first thing out her mouth rude is “we repeat our orders” and I said well I said chicken and she said chicken. I handed her the food back and began looking for my receipt even though not Even two minutes passed. I couldn’t find any receipt and she continued to say we repeat our orders so I just asked for my money back and the girl in the background continued to be rude and make smart comments. Then I pulled forward to the window and sat there for 4 minutes. NOTHING/NO ONE. It was as if they were closed for business. I then parked and went the door of the restaurant. It was locked. I then got back in my car and drove back to the speaker. "Hello' someone said. I then asked for a refund on the order I'd paid for online, as my frustration level at that point eleminated my appetite and my desire to patronize an establishment with such horrific customer service. I was told that it was impossible to issue a refund at the store for an online order. 'fine, I'll take my order' I said.
