My daughter and I went to the restaurant on this past Friday. She wanted to add Cheese bread to the order , I was getting 2 pizza. When it came to check out time she wanted to split the payment. The pizza was charge and the cheese stick were to paid for by cash. She told the cashier, Brittany what she wanted to do. Brittany charged the card and took the ten dollar bill. Only receipt she gave was from the credit card receipt. the pizza was fine and the kids enjoyed it, so for that i have not complaints.
The next morning, while balancing account noticed that the charge was for the total order. I asked my daughter for the receipt, which she gave the cc receipt. I called the phone number on the receipt and spoke with a Manager name Christy (Very Pleasant) who told me to just come to the store and pick up the money. When I went to the store, i found out the number on the receipt was to another store and Christy didn't work at that location.
I explained my situation to the manger De'Angelo and he called his General manager. After about 20 minutes, my daughter walked into the store and identified the cashier, Brittany as the one that was working the night before. Brittany remembered the transaction and said she was suppose to bill $6.04 to the card and accepted the $10.00 in cash, which would cover the $16.04 total. I showed her the cc receipt for $16.04 and she apologized and knew she charged me too much.
When I told De'angelo what she said, he reponsponed that because I didn't have the actual receipt (which Brittnay never gave my daughter) there was NOTHING he could do about it. Even though his cashier admitted it, There was nothing he could do about it! Really???
I asked for his name, her name and the Corporate office phone number ( he gave me 1-800 Little Caesars) What???
I googled the corporate office and called them. Customer Service passed on my information to the Franchise Owner, Who has not called me yet.
I guess taking the money of a little girl, and charging a single mother of four extra money is their way of increasing their net profit.
Thank you Little Caesar. By the way Mr. Franchise Owner, that night I spent $38.00 at Papa John, just because I refuse to have you STEAL...
Read moreI typically don’t go to this location because it’s a little bit further from my house, however……. I will definitely be going here from now on.
I work late, get off at 10, and decided to stop and get a hot and ready on the way home. When I arrived at my usual location (10:33) they had closed early. So I called no answer. It’s getting closer to 11 so I decide to call this location and ask for the corporate number. At this point I’m hot. Andie J answered my call. When I told him the situation he told me that he would let the owner know and have him call me. In the mean time he asked me what I wanted and told me to come get it. Not only was my order ready to go as soon as I got there but he also gave me a generous discount for the inconvenience. Places like this need more people like Andie. He showed that he cared, he was very kind and polite. This man knows how to work with the public.
Andie, if I could give you a raise myself I would! Thank you so much for your help that evening. Good...
Read more⭐️ 1 Star Disgusting and Unsafe! I visited the Little Caesars on Tara Blvd (in the plaza with Rose’s), and the experience was absolutely disgusting. The employees were not washing their hands after taking orders, handling money, or retrieving supplies. One of the workers dropped a pizza box on the floor, picked it up, and put someone’s pizza in it like nothing happened!
I called the store and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but he was extremely rude and refused to give his name. I also called the Little Caesars corporate office, and the representative told me it was optional for employees to wash their hands. When I said I would contact the health department, he hung up on me.
This is a serious health concern. If you care about hygiene and food safety, eat here at your own risk. I’ve reported this to the health department and will never eat at any Little...
