China One — Restaurant in Georgia

DO NOT EAT HERE!

I just moved to Brunswick GA from Colorado Springs CO. I ordered for lunch through beyond menu and had it delivered to my job and my co worker ordered also. My co workers chicken was raw and the cheese steak egg roll was ALL ONION NO STEAK AT ALL. The pot stickers had something hard that wasn't gristle.

Upon calling the restaurant to request a refund for the order, the lady on the phone hung up in my face and didn't address anything I had said. My co worker called and she was told someone was coming up to my job to get the food. When the delivery driver and a co worker came up to where we were they proceeded to talk in their native language to eachother and on the phone to the owner on the phone. When Beyond Menu called them to confirm cancellation , the female told him to hold the cancellation and she would call him back to tell him the correct amount to refund. THEY WERE TRYING TO PRORATE MY REFUND FOR THE LITTLE BIT OF FOOD WE HAD EATEN! When I confronted the young lady that I expect my whole refund she was rude and walked off and never apologized or had any kinda of empathy for the situation.

Beyond Menu confirmed my cancellation and promised me a whole refund, however I will never eat here again and will advise people I know to not give China One...

OMG i just spent $60.00 on Chinese food and i almost got myself sick, i ordered 2 large house fired rices, 1 fired dumpling, boneless spare ribs large, regular spare ribs large, and i had fried dumpling and some of the fired rice and i felt sick to my stomach i had to throw out all my food cause it didn't taste good. I had all this food delivered to me and i had to take off back to work so i could not even return it cause i was to far down the road, im a truck driver so i had to keep going so this really bites the big one im so done ordering out for Chinese food any where from now on i'll just go to subway or get food delivery from a pizza place or something so folks please read the reviews before you order food from any where...

I just left there. I called them at 9:52. (they close at 10) They gladly took my order. I arrived at 10:08. I was greeted with a smile. My meal was ready. Not terribly warm because i guess that they cooked it in a hurry and I guess it sat for a little while. So, the cutest little worker was getting my sauces together and asked if I'd like anything else. I said yes, some teriaki sauce. She looked puzzled for half a second, then smiled and said "I make you some." 10 minutes after close, now that's service. And the food, great as always. And the girl? I wonder if she's...
