Wok N Roll — Restaurant in Georgia

I was visiting Brunswick with my family as we've done many times before. There have been a few times we chose to eat there because the food was good and despite the high prices. This particular time, we ordered food and my total came to $57.46. I paid with my card and signed the receipt after putting a zero in the tip spot. I immediately received a text notification that $68.94 was deducted from Wok n Roll. I walked up to the coubter, inquired about the transaction amount and showed the cashier on my phone. He told me my bank would gave to fix it. I told them it was not the bank's responsibility, it was the restaurant's and I wanted it fixed right then. I was met with attitude from everyone that was working and alot if angry Chinese verbiage. They insisted that they couldn'tfix it and continued to be rude, so I told them to cancel my order. At that point, the Chinese woman cooking my food began YELLING angrily in Mandarin, which caused the man and cashier to yell as well. He issued my refund and snatched the receipt I had to sign out of the printer and tossed it around the plexiglass. I signed it and walked out in fury. They will never get my...

I saw online that the best Chinese restaurants were the ones that the worst reviews. This is one if those instances where the internet is right. I went along with that and I have to agree this was one of the best chinese food I have had. I called in and even though the person who was taking it didnt seem to friendly, they got the job done. I got there and food took a bit more minutes but i figured it would guarantee i had fresh food so I didn't mind. Other than their attitudes, I will recommend this to other people. The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! I've been there on two occasions and BOTH times I was not greeted with a hello or good-bye. In addition, they gave me the impression, via their facial expressions, as if they had no desire to want to help me/serve me. As you can see in the other comments, this is not the first time they have treated their customers wrongly.
