Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

So first time when i want i had a good first impression. So i returned but this time it was not that good of an experience. I got a burrito and the rice and steak of my order was half portion of the lady who was in front of me. I asked the lady politely if there was a pruce difference between the bowl and burrito. She aske the cashier and found out that there was no price difference. So then i told her i wanted bowl instead of burrito because i felt unfair to pay the samw price and get half the portion. She told me that the burrito has less ingredients because it made easier to wrap. What a joke. Lol theb lower the price of burrito and not put less than the bowl. Her response was so rude and defensive i didn't know what to say. She put more rice but didn't give me any more meat. I am not going to this chipotle anymore. I did my best to stay respectful but what i got was rudeness and less food. I should have taken the picture of two orders for comparison....

OMG! I honestly don’t know where to begin with this new Chipotle. Entering the restaurant was filthy, trusting that it was lunch time I excused the mess. We were greeted by a gentleman who was polite but threw the rice, beans, and meat into the bowl in a messy manner. He then passed the bowl to another gentleman that proceeded to top my bowl with the condiments in the same messy and sloppy manner. The portion was not of the standard Chipotle size but much less. The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY FLAVORLESS‼️ HORRIBLE‼️ This Chipotle is a new location but the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I had the pleasure of dining at this Chipotle location, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. A special shoutout to Maria, the manager, who is clearly doing an exceptional job leading this location. Her ability to select and cultivate such a harmonious team is evident. The staff’s friendly demeanor and efficiency speak volumes about her leadership.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was also exceptional. You can tell the care and energy of the team translate directly into the quality of the meals. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with precision.
