We decided to visit this venue because they advertised that DJ Frankie Cutlass would be performing. Our group purchased tickets in advance — a total of 12 people. Unfortunately, the experience was a disappointment from start to finish.
Venue & Performance: The place itself is run-down and unappealing. DJ Frankie Cutlass was scheduled to start at 9 PM but didn’t come on until after 10 PM, and shortly into the set, one of the speakers stopped working.
Food & Drinks: Before the show, we ordered: • 3 Crown Apple with Sprite • 10 wings • 6 empanadas • Mango juice • Bottled water • 1 beer
The total came to $203.28 — because they automatically add a tip without asking. The receipt shows why: 3 shots of Crown Apple for $90, $5 per can of Sprite, no ice provided, and we had to mix our own drinks. The food was terrible. Later, we ordered two beers for $16, paid with $20, and the server tipped herself $1 without asking.
Crowd & Security Issues: The venue claimed they sold 300 tickets, but I estimate there were fewer than 100 people there. Security at the entrance wasn’t checking IDs. I personally saw an older man bring in a very young-looking girl after giving the guard $20. I also spotted a 19-year-old relative inside, drinking alcohol, even though the club is supposed to be 21+.
Cleanliness & Service: The place was dirty, the women’s restroom had no toilet paper (only hand towels), and later in the night, they ran out of the beer we had ordered earlier. They started serving semi-cold beer straight from a case. Meanwhile, people were being let in without tickets, despite us paying in advance.
Final Thoughts: Between the high prices, poor service, questionable security practices, unsanitary conditions, and false advertising, this place is absolutely not worth your money. We left early and will never return. Go...
Read moreDONT GO HERE! PR DONT GO OUTSIDE AND TRY TO GET BACK IN!!! So I go in the bar and have my 1 beer & I go back out to the car to grab my cigarettes. As I come back to the bar the bouncer at the front door says I'm not allowed back in for some reason. I guess it was because I'm white and it did seem like a more of a dark kind of bar but it seemed like somebody pooped in his Cheerios or something. He tells me I'm not allowed back in the bar and I asked him why not he tells me because there's none of that in and out stuff no going outside and back inside and I said you could have told me this and he said he did and I walked away with my head down maybe because I was on my phone Dbag. So needless to say this bouncer feels the need to turn people away for some reason so I guess my money is no good here so I will never be going back to this bar in anybody that I give a ride to since I work for Lyft that wants to go here I will tell them not to go as well since it is the worst establishment...
Read moreUnfortunately I can't rate them with 0 stars. Went last night for Jean Carlos Centeno concert. The place was over capacity, very dangerous situation. DJ sucks, he always came to the front tables asking for free alcohol. Very small tables and they placed six chairs around them, they were so close to each other that we didn'thave room to move or to go to the bathroom. They allowed the people that paid to be standing to go to the front and they were pushing all the people like us that paid for VIP seats, three guys were about to start a fight. The waitress took forever because they couldn't go through all the people. Overcrowded with no air flowing, we had to leave earlier because of the poor organization and the dangerous environment. People please be aware if you're thinking on going for future concerts, authorities should...
