When we first visited this cafe we fell in love. It was hard to find cafes that had Vietnamese drinks that were healthier than those sugar filled boba shops. So we wanted to come here more often for working and studying but then they started implementing unnecessary strict rules that turned us off. The owner came over and told us that she came to start a business and not give out stuff for free, referring to the Wi-Fi use, outlet, and electricity use. The Wi-Fi is a fixed cost I don’t think she realized that each person using it wasn’t going to raise the bill nor the electricity by much. So then they disabled the Wi-Fi, covered the outlets, told people they had to buy an item every 2 hours which felt like they were targeting specific customers. It’s a shame because it was a nice space with good food and drinks but like one of the other reviewers said there are tons of other spaces that welcome remote workers.

This is an awesome new Vietnamese cafe in the area. The owner & workers were very nice, and the interior is amazing. Purely food based review: Venetian Tiramisu Milk Tea ($6.50) - very good drink, got with regular sweetness & ice. Boba was decent, but the flavor is really good. Irish Cream Milk Tea ($6) - very strong flavor, a little bit too sweet at normal level. Good if you like Irish Cream stuff though. Caramel Flan ($5) - Really good sharable portion for this price! Tasted very homemade and would highly recommend! Mixed fruits with durian (~$8) - traditional Vietnamese dessert with yogurt, mixed fruits and you have the option to add in free durian as a topping! Overall a very pleasant cafe that I hope more people can check out!

Cozy Vietnamese cafe with unique beverages and desserts. Things you should know: I. PARKING Quynh Cafe is within a plaza and shares a free parking lot out front with the adjacent businesses. II. SERVICE Timely. You order and pay at the register and they'll bring the items out to you. I was sad to hear from the employee taking my order that they didn't offer any dairy alternatives, so be prepared for that in advance.. I could only order black tea or coffee because of that. Hope they expand the menu soon in that regard! III. QUALITY Everything seems authentic and fresh. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating during a week day around noon. Week days seem perfect to knock out some work here. It's relatively quiet.

This is my first and last time at this place. I was so excited to try this place out because of my friend’s recommendation. I love exploring new cafes/coffee places on the weekends and this place look aesthetically appealing. I have three people with me, including myself, but as soon as I walked in I already felt rush to make an order. My boyfriend and I was standing by the door waiting for our other friend to come in (I could literally see him getting out of his car and walking toward the cafe), but the lady kept telling us to order (not sure if it’s language barrier, but I did explain to her that I’m waiting for my friend and he’s walking this way - I pointed out the door). Two out of the three of us ordered our drinks (because my bf doesn’t drink coffee so he did not place an order); after my friend and I made our order, the lady at the counter told my bf to place an order as well. I didn’t clearly hear her but my bf told me that’s what she said, but we were already sitting down by that time (literally not even for 1 minute) and she was looking our way and wanting my bf to make an order. We got up and I told her we’re not going to stay and just make it go (but I was expecting to go cup anyways) if we all have to make an order for us to be able to sit inside (which I’ve never heard of before and I’ve never been to a coffee shop that has that policy - 1 order per person). I don’t mind paying $9 for a drink, but not being able to at least sit and enjoy our drinks is outrageous; we were not even planning to stay that long anyway because it’s on a Saturday and we have things to do, but I didn’t expect her to know that, hence, we had no laptops or backpack with us). The lady spoke in Vietnamese and explained to my friend why the policy is there and she told him because some people would come in and purchase one thing, but would spend a long time there and use their wifi and she also added “if you’re a business owner you would know how it fees” that’s is understandable but also, this is a cafe/coffee shop where people would go and spend time studying and working there, but maybe it’s a cultural difference. Their coffee is pretty good, but if you’d like to find a place to study or work, I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you purchase more than one item! I still prefer 7leaves Vietnamese...

HORRIBLE. Do not go here- for reals. Walked in thinking that the ambiance and environment was beautiful and just wanted to bring my out of town friends to somewhere new. Firstly, my party of 5 came in greeting the lady in Vietnamese and being so friendly, giving her compliments, etc. HOWEVER, the minute we ordered this lady who was our cashier (the owner), continued to try persuading us into buying more. Eventually, I ordered the Caramel Flan and that was it. She told us that my party could not take a seat anywhere at all since the rest of my party did not get anything. I told her OK for takeout, and proceeded to pay. My friend politely asked for a drink of water, she refused. Momentarily after, my sister used the restroom. Tell me why this lady (the owner) has the audacity to tell us that we have to "pay up" $5 to use the restroom. Note, there is NO NOTE on the entrance door that says that everyone in your party has to order something AND to use their restroom is $5. NO NOTE SAYS THAT WHATSOEVER AT ENTRY. Let's be for real, the $5 for the restroom is insane. This lady proceeds to tell us in Vietnamese that we are all crazy to think that we can go to any café and just use her restroom, her electricity, water, etc. I'm like- isn't this a public place? This lady (owner) continues to have the rudest rant on and on- and even worse, when a couple came in to order behind us, she continues to rant about us IN FRONT of them. Talk about customer service- never coming back here again. Simply coming from one Viet person to another, and just being genuine- you never talk down so poorly on someone just because they’re a group of teenagers and not all of us order something. Moreover, she added if our group were to go anywhere else, we would have been treated the same way and would be refused service to dine in if not all of us ordered. We simply used your restroom, paid for a dessert, and for each person that used the restroom, even paid for your $5 as you asked. Unhinged, self-conceited, and so...

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have read the reviews about this place, and I understand why there are bad reviews. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The owner lady, she was verbally abused us. We actually saw the sign outside which says “Minimum 1 order for 1 customer for DINE-IN.” We had 5 people and just order 1 drink 1 waffles because the rest of us don’t want any caffeine. We placed an order and were waiting for the food. The decoration was really cute so we were taking pictures while waiting for our waffle. But she told us: “This place is open for business, not for people like you come here to just order 2 drinks and taking pictures, you have to buy more to keep staying in this place.” At first, we thought it was our fault so we were about to apologize but then she said:“If you still have conscience, you are not gonna give me 1 star after i’m saying these.” We just wanted to get our waffle and leave but she kept saying that again and again, and our waffle was still not ready even we’ve been waiting for 10-15 minutes since she started complaining. We left without the waffle because she kept bragging on how slow the business goes and assumed that because of people like us make her business going down. I know that things are going worse right now, but you cannot complain it and put a pressure on...
