Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Georgia

My service was HORRIBLE.. I went to Church's on Wesley Chapel on Oct 28,2022. I ordered a number 1 meal but forgot to ask for spicy. So I went back to counter to tell cashier that I wanted spicy. I said 'excuse me, looking bothered by me talking to him & he rudely says"what's up". I reply "I was just gonna tell you that I meant to order spicy. He replies rudely again "we don't have spicy ". I say "why are you talking to me like we're on the street, don't talk to me like that. I wanna speak to the manager". So he starts talking to another customer, serves him. My father walks up to the counter so the guy asks him what sides he wants, then he turns & asks me. I told him what I wanted but I said again "I said I want to speak to a manager. The 3 employees including the rude cashier were looking at me but never went to get a manager. Eventually the manager was visible to me but no one ever told her that she had a customer complaint. I yelled to the back repeatedly "ma'am are you the manager"? But she never looked at me or even acknowledged me speaking to her she just walked towards the back towards outside. So I called the corporate office & made my complaint. I was told that I would be getting an email about the incident but never recieved one. The cashier looked VERY unkempt. His face was dirty. He had flour all over his shirt & flour covering the back of his pants where his butt is. He never wore gloves between takingpayments & serving the food. So having flour on his butt means he touched his butt multiple times & then is serving food with no gloves. The girl on the service window looked unkempt as well looked like her hair had not been combed & she had a scarf tied around the front.I work in food service. Went to this churchs couple weeks ago alls I can say is it's a typical slow paced disorganised churchs ... I walked in one girl at the front doing both drive thru and lobby so I'm just standing there looking at the menu then the cook is watching me comes and asks me what I want I asked a question how much for the mixed mind you it was just a question then he tells the other lady who finally walks to the front that this is what I wanted she rings up $30 I'm thinking to myself this isn't for me while still looking ar the menu .... I see her preparing this and have to stop her as I only asked a question then she gets a attitude dumps the chicken goes back to the back or whatever it is she was doing as I now decided what I wanted but by this time it's still just the one girl in the front doing lobby and drive thru and a couple more people have walked in (only a couple more people but for some reason at a typical churchs such as this 2 more people equals 10 and they can't seem to handle it) so no one came back to the front and after 15 min of waiting I left! Never going back might I add and also it sits in a very cramped and busy parking lot .... unless you want terrible service and tight parking lot where you have to be super careful or else your car can get damaged there are other churchs in the area that are 100 💯 times better!
