I hate that I even have to give this restaurant one star. this place used to be my go-to place at least once a week through both my son's education at lovinggood and Hillgrove. I am sad to say this is not the place to go anymore. the management is just as unprofessional as the teenagers that were working behind the counter. when you pull up to the drive-thru they act irritated if you ask any questions regarding their menu they act like they're trying to rush you along. then when you get up to the window and find that they forget quite a bit of your food they seem irritated with you that they forgot it. And now as of today I've been informed that the new greedy owner has decided that giving the gravy in the expensive chicken baskets is going to cost you if you also want a ranch dipping sauce with it not only that you get maybe a handful of fries now not a full basket anymore no drink drink is separate and furthermore according to the commercial they're supposed to tip the blizzard upside down while it's a good thing they didn't do that with us because it would have been soup upside down. management there Melissa and Nicole care less about the service to their customers. they couldn't even tell me who the owner is. I will be waging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I will also be calling the Health Department as there's a lot of questionable things and practices I have seen go on while eating inside and of just how my food is presented to me through the drive-thru as well. I have requested that the owner call me regarding my recent visit and heard nothing back. Read moreThis dairy queen sucks!!!!!!!. The last 7 times I have been to this dairy queen they screw up my order or leave food out. They dont listen to your order in the drive thru. When you go inside to get what you order through the drive thru, the employees look confused of why your in there complaining. When u tell them the order isnt right they and whats supposed to be in the bag they look even more confused on how they are gonna fix it. After sitting in line for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me, 3 employees are are doing nothing. Oh wait they are. One is eating ice cream at the window, another is picking his finger nails, and the other keeps scratching the arm and then rubbing his nose with his hands and never washing his hands. Each one of them have drinks. I know employees will eat and drink on thier shift but really in front of customers. These employees have no care of the customers at all. This will be the last time I go there and I will let everyone know how horrible this place is. The food isnt that good anymore. This dairy queen use to the place to go around here. Not anymore. Read moreThe sign on the door states that the dinning room is closed. I was there to buy a cake for my son and was allowed to come in to look at the cakes. After selecting a cake, I asked the young man leaning against the counter if I could pay for the cake inside. His reply was “we’re closed in here.” I then replied that I understood. If I need to get in my car and pay for the cake, that’s fine. I just wanted to know were I needed to go to pay for it. He again replied that they were closed. So I asked again, we’re do I need to pay for the cake. At this time, a young lady appeared and said, “you don’t need to be rude.” At no point did I raise my voice or change my tone of voice while asking the young man where I needed to pay for the cake. I replied to her, saying that I just asked a question — I would like to buy a cake and wanted to know where I needed to pay for it. “No, you were rude.” Ok. Here is your cake. I don’t want it anymore. And due to how I was spoken to, my family and I will never dine at this DQ again. Train your staff better. There is a reason CFA is always busy....
