NO STARS!!! The customer experience was absolutely horrible and extremely sad!!! When I arrived between 1 - 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18th to location 1195 Fairburn Rd Suite 110 Atlanta, GA 30331 the order was incorrect. Somehow the order I placed online wasn't captured correctly or there was an error on my part so I won't place blame on the staff of this location.
However, the young girl who greeted me immediately, assuming her name is Diana, promptly had her co-worker, a short male who may be of Spanish descent, remake the order. While I was patiently waiting on my order I noticed that 1. the health inspection score was 82 B, 2. the young male who was preparing the pizzas had no gloves on and was going in and out of refrigerators, freezers, and using the computer and NEVER washing his hands while restocking and preparing orders, 3. the co-worker, a tall, stocky black male with glasses, kind of nerdy, who was positioned to retrieve the pizzas from the oven and box them, came to the line, with no gloves on, proceeded to process a cash transaction then return to the food prep line and proceed to box another pizza, and that's when I said enough is enough and I asked him if he was aware how unsanitary his actions were after operating the cash register, handling cash, scratching a part of his body and then continuing to handle food without a washing his hands and not putting on gloves, and his response was YES, then proceeded to continue with his task until I asked him to please wash his hands. Another customer agreed, so he did. That same customer as the Spanish-looking guy if he had washed his hands and he flat out lied all while we are watching him.
Now, the young black girl, again, assuming her name is Diana, was on the phone while this is occurring. She then proceeds to food prep line to cut up a pizza and box it, then hands it to me after we just finished asking the others to wash their hands after her just using the phone and tending to the cash register.
At this point I say to her that she too needs to wash her hands and she begins to argue with me, using disrespectful gestures, being dismissive of my validated concern and exercising NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Then the whole staff decided to jump on her bandwagon when again I'm bringing to their awareness the err in their ways and tells me to get out, versus acknowledging my and another customer's concern, receiving the constructive criticism, diffusing the situation and correcting their attitudes and behaviors. I so wanted to return the pizza and ask for my money back but I didn't trust that they would handle this properly so I walked out.
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and something must be done to ensure that this lack of service and uncleanliness doesn't continue.
Sadly enough, I don't believe this will get resolved, there will be no reprimand and they and the owners will continue with business as usual, but I really hope that I am wrong. WE MUST DO & BE BETTER VERSIONS...
Read moreLet me be clear Domino's makes great Pizza. The black box is one of my favorites. However my last two experiences with the management at the Atlanta store off Cascade and Fairborn Rd . have been the worst ever. I realize "the customer is always right" is just a cliche with them. However good proper customer service and management should be important to ANY business. I should have wrote this review the first time when we order $40 worth of pizza and not only did they jack up the order, the pizza was burnt and they refused to make it over because it was missing two slices out of two large pizzas. I have kids and they move a little fast at times, but two slices. Come on. Plus, this was after they had me drive allllll the way back to the store to exchange the pizza's ( gas is not cheap). When i got there she informed me there was nothing she could do because of the missing 2 slices. So then I had to return home with COLD BURNT PIZZA for my Family. Can you believe that? I was Furious. But today I've had enough with Cascade, I had another bad encounter. Called today 02/13/15 about 1:30 asked about the single free pizza that should have been under my cell number. The receptionist said I see your name I have to let a manager handle it hold on. Ok. The phone hangs up. I call back the manager answers the phone. I explained I just called and was disconnected. She replies.... you hung up. I should have known then this was not going well because she started off very argumentative. Any way she goes on to ask who did I speak with? Because she see my name but no comments. She stated that she was not giving away a free pizza and there was nothing she could do. I feel like the manager that was on duty need to be properly trained. She risked losing a customer over 1 freaking free pizza! I've informed my whole family that orders from Cascade to no longer go there. If you want Domino's pizza and live on the South side....DO NOT GO TO THE CASCADE LOCATION!!!!! MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND IS...
Read moreI just moved to this particular side of town a few months ago. I have become a regular with my long hours, a lot of times late hours. Pizza, wings or pasta is very convenient. I wanted to stay bias excluding the ratings and reviews. In a business things happen (longer delivery times, product not available etc) but customer service... Lets just say you can NOT train a person to have a personality and manners. There is a manager in particular LAUREN, she didn't give a last name when I asked, she only kept repeating it's Lauren. Terrible Terrible Terrible customer care resolution. The staff I think is too young and inexperience to run a store for even a shift. When I called in an order from work, the guy that took my order didn't verify my phone number. So when it was time to deliver and he couldn't find the correct address i gave him (which the manager Lauren Lauren said he came and no one answered) They took my food back to the store and refuse to send it back out due to their staff not following proper phone etiquette and recording accurate customer information. I was ordering lunch for my kids so this was very important for it to get delivered. My job is more than 20 mins away. She (Lauren Lauren) said she is making an "executive" decision by refusing to send out because she is short staffed. She offered a refund which i know wouldn't return right away or to come pick up cold pizza at the store. Finally after 10 mins of arguing(smh) she agreed to send it back out , but for me to later find out the pizza was below DOMINOES STANDARDS and the pizza was really cold. I suggest MANDATORY STAFF RETRAINING or just close the store completely if you're going to keep people employed that don't care and a product that is not worth supporting.
P.S. I also have noticed that NO ONE from the company nor this location has made an attempt to respond to reconcile some of these reviews, Another sign of...
