I ordered 2 pizzas today cause we had a credit for one free pizza.
After about an 1.5 hours of waiting...I called to see what's going on. An employee told the delivery driver is out with my pizza and it will be delivered soon. 30 minutes later and still no pizza. I called the store again and spoke to the manager. He tells me there is no record of my order and that I can place an order with him for my free pizza. I tell him that I had ordered 2 pizza and that after 2 hours of waiting...that he should at least comp my 2nd pizza since the first was already free. He reluctantly agreed and tells me it will be delivered in about 45 minutes. Another hour and a half goes by so I called them back. They told me they tried to deliver but couldn't find my business location and that I would have to come pick up the pizza. I had told the manager that I run a restaurant and that I could not leave to pick it up.
Mind you...we are located across the street from them.
Their address is 2440....
Out address is 2375...
They are now not even bothering to pick up their phone. If you want to go hungry waiting for your food...this is the place. If you want pizza...do yourself a favor and order from any other place then this godforsaken place.
I have already filed a complaint with Domino's customer service. Let's see if the corporate is better with their service. I hope no one else ever has to deal with the non sense...

Order wasnāt ready until 8pm. I placed My order for curbside without knowing I had To park right at the door!! When the girl finally brung it out she stood there fir about two minutes, she then proceeded to my car and said next time park at the curb not the parking lot.. I then Told her I didnt Know and apologized she then said well yeah itās the curd so park there, she continues to say and next time we donāt walk to people cars for our own safety and again I said Okay I didnt Know that and she says OKAY Iām just telling you now we donāt come to people cars for our own safety.. again I didnt Know that.. so my thing is sheās very rude for one and for two if there are certain restrictions to picking up curbside then it should be listed on the website when ordering food.. safe to say I will Not do business at that location anymore.. definitely a bad first experience being in this...

Columbia Drive location. Was looking to treat myself and was NOT happy. Ordered pasta and pizza and it cost more than just going out to dinner at a fast food place. I ordered the chicken carbonara with NO ONIONS and what do I get? Onions! Wanted the garlic crust but since I ordered a small I couldn't get that either. The drivers NEVER follow the delivery instructions either. Put down specific instructions and the delivery guy waited at the door. Why? That tells me either the company doesn't care or the their employees don't read or care about the customers. Contactless means just that! The whole experience has me baffled and what about the "free" stuff you get when ordering? Nothing. Guess I wasn't one of those lucky people on the commercials. Couldn't do the survey at the end, guess it timed out on my phone. Just not a good...
