The only reason I am rating a two star and not one is because they've typically been decent but this time was terrible and I still didn't get what I asked for in the end.
I went through through the drive through and repeated my order, TWICE. I get to the window and my total is higher than normal but I didn't think a lot of it until I got handed a frozen coffee I didn't ask for. I told the guy it wasn't what I ordered, got it fixed and then had to ask about my change for the difference. My coffee is 3.19 and this one was 4.99. I got back a dollar but I accepted it to move on.
Got home to find another part of my order absolutely wrong. Really. How do you get blueberry and glazed from pumpkin?
I had to drive BACK to get it fixed and was met with annoyed confusion at the counter for why I was back as "she remembered me from having the wrong coffee." I offered the change I was given back to get something equal to what I paid for and she gave me attitude for still not being happy?
The coffee tasted terrible and I just wanted something equivalent to what I paid for.
But I don't do well with people that get annoyed at me, so I just took my correct donuts and left.
I'll stick to the DD further from me that I used to go to. They're a lot warmer to people and less annoyed when they make mistakes. Just fix it...
Read morewoman at the front ( darker skinned , nice bone structure , long black hair w/ a side part pulled back ) took my order and was helpful honestly . but then she went straight from touching the order screen to preparing the hot tea i ordered which required her to handle the tea bag . no gloves , no handwashing , nothing . and so i asked a man who was close by ( he came off as the manager ) could someone w/ some gloves prepare my tea instead . the woman leaves the cup and calls out to someone else , saying “ you better come make this before i get mad “ now im not sure what she does when she gets mad but a demeanor like that has no place in customer service . i know customers can be … a lot and that some people have lower tolerance for others than some do . if thats the case , dont work customer service . i wonder how she would treat a customer / client when she’s mad in regards to her own business . as someone who has worked multiple food service jobs ( even currently , part-time ) and has a business , i can attest to the fact that behavior like that is not what makes successful business ( law of attraction )
also didn’t help that the hasbrowns were overdone . i was very hungry after my first two breakfast plans fell through so i ate...
Read moreSeems to always be vagrants hanging around this and other dunkin' donuts... I was here a couple of days ago there was a guy standing at the drive-up window I blew my horn he got belligerent, the worker in the window even had a bad attitude with me, was borderline disrespectful and very rude which seems to be common of women of this culture with black men. Once I pulled up she calling him back to the window to hand him a drink then he proceeded to get more belligerent since he had to come right up to the window. Don't think it was a wise decision for that worker to put a drive through customer in that scenario and then proceeded to be rude when I didn't approve of what was going on, so I canceled my order and I pulled off! Want some treated Rudy or unappreciated at a business I never spend another dollar there again and I...
