I appreciate all the businesses that care for customers. But cannot stand people who cheat the customers even if it’s for small amount. Today I went in the store and ordered hot midnight dark coffee. The gentleman was making the coffee while I stand there and watch him make it. Firstly he pored original blend which is not the midnight dark, after he pored decaf in it and I stopped him and asked out of curiosity, what is he doing with my order why is he mixing two blends and none of those I ordered. Amazingly, the response that I got was “I ran out of original blend so I filled rest of the cup with decaf”. I couldn’t believe it and said how can you do this, you should not even take order for something you don’t have in supply and serve something like this to customers to fill the order. It doesn’t end there, when I got the coffee it was not even mild hot, and he said that’s the last bit left in the coffee pots so it’s not hot. Other lady said to him just steam it to make it hot from other machine that is not even used for these type of coffees. That shows no one cares for your order at this store. I was like wow, if they can do this to a customer who is seeing it inside the store what all experiments they must be doing for orders they get from drive through customers, it’s totally inappropriate way to run the business. It’s like cheating the customers. This is last time for me at this Dunkin’s. No surprise on majority of the reviews got them 1 star. Read moreSo here’s the thing, I am an EVERYDAY customer have been for 6 months. I order the same thing at the same time every day. A simple caramel latte. There is only one person in the store who makes it correctly. I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances because I love the coffee when it’s made by the actual formula it is supposed to have. I shouldn’t have to actually watch my latte being made every day. I refuse to go through the drive thru because they really mess it up there. This Dunkin has a habit of using espresso that sits already made and not made fresh every time. Tastes very bitter and like grounds, it’s very obvious. Then they don’t pump the flavors properly either. 1 full push is a shot, not half a push or 1/4 push. Every weekend I send my husband to get a coffee without me. They screw is up every single time. Training is non existent in this store. They hire anyone and start them making drinks. I walked out of this store for the last time today. When even the manager cannot make a simple proper latte, I am done. I will make my own at home or stop at Starbucks which is right behind Dunkin and I will save my $50 a week and not deal with the frustration of that place any longer. Y’all lost a good customer. My son also gets Dunkin every morning (we live 1 mile from this store) and has been telling me for a while to go elsewhere because there is zero consistency at this location. He is absolutely right. And after looking at these reviews now I know I’m not alone....
Read moreI just was there and I wanted asked if they could make a frozen chocolate, because their menu had just changed so I was hoping with the stuff they still had that they could make it, I had a reward as well to redeem. The person at the drive thru had no idea what I was talking about and all of them spoke very little English and had no idea what I was saying. All of them were saying they were new, I don’t care if you’re new or not. I understand that if they’re new they may not know how to make the drink. However the English comprehension is SO bad they literally had no idea what I was saying. And on top of wanting the frozen chocolate I asked for 2 loaded hashbrowns, because those are my favorite and they just made a return. They had me pull up to the window and show them their own menu to get the item. And then I paid and only got the two hashbrowns after 15 minutes. I asked where my drink was and they said I didn’t order it. Although it was said at the speaker and at the window again. The guy then asked me to pull to the front to which I did and THREE separate times people came out to verify what I wanted. and every time I said large frozen chocolate, NO COFFEE. After 7 more minutes the guy came out with a frozen s’mores signature latte and wanted me to pay for it??? I had a reward that I scanned. I didn’t even get the drink I wanted…..25 ish minutes were wasted.
