I, like most of the other commentators prefer DD and this location. Unfortunately, this location and it's staff lack customer service. This below average review was due weeks ago but I gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves. With a staff that seems to not care I'm not sure how many poor reviews need to come to the forefront to bring about a change. Thank goodness my orders have always been right or I would probably just stop coming all together...but the customer service sucks and when you bring things to the staff's attention they have an attitude. My first bad encounter consisted of no toilet paper. I let them know an hour and a half after just deciding to go later because of no tp. Thinking an issue like that would've been addressed over the course of time it took me to do my homework...I took a break and went to use the restroom. Still no toilet paper! By the way, every time I come I buy a couple of donuts or bagels and something to drink so I'm not just loitering. A whole hour and a half later! I ask to speak to the manager and she coldly lets me know that she told her staff to get the toilet paper and my rebuttal was, " I told your staff an hour and a half ago!"
Next scenario....I arrive to DD and no ones there! Two staff memebers are standing outside in the cold one of which was there since 4am. Ridiculous! What's worse is this was not the first time! I should've called corporate then but I just went to Starbucks.
Today.... I come in just getting off work ready to do homework and none of the tables are clean from the previous day! This was the straw that broke the camels back. After asking to speak to the manager Heaven who I shared my three experiences with she informed that corporate knows about the store not being open because they have to report it. I asked, "is anyone being held accountable?" She reemphasized that its been reported. I then asked for the general manager's number and she reemphasized again that its been reported. I again asked, "who is being held accountable and what is your district manager's number?" Finally, I got the number! The fact that its been reported does not stop the fact that I too will report it along with my other issues. There's nothing worse than following the chain of commands and having a manager resist giving you the higher ups number.
Hopefully someone takes accountability and steps up to the plate and gives this community the customer service and experience...
Read moreWent there on Tues April 30, around 5:30pm. Asked for a medium iced coffee. Order was incorrect and the people serving were rude. Unfortunately they were yelling back and forth and were even rude to the point of saying "I don't care" and " I'm not the manager".
When I pay for something I would like for it to be correct. It is not like I was rushing them. The order was incorrect, I pointed it out to the lady behind the counter and she said I had an attitude when I asked her to correct my order.
Also, if Dunkin Donuts is not going to honor the bogo at the bottom of the receipt, why put the bogo on there? The Dunkins location said they were not going to honor anything that is not on the app itself. Yet the new receipt I received after placing my order still had the bogo.

Read moreWent through drive through to get Halloween donuts. Was informed they had a special on a dozen Halloween kinds but they were consistently vague every time I asked what exactly was included. I relented and ordered as there were cars behind me. As half were going to friends I asked if I could have them in separate boxes. When I got to the window they charged me $5 more than I was told when ordering. When I asked, they now told me they couldn't split the dozen special and they charged me for 2 half dozens. Had I known it was $5 dollars for a box, I would have just split them myself. They refunded my money and charged me for the actual special price. I asked how much for just an empty box and they gave me one... a used one, I assume/hope was what they had my original order in. Got home, opened the box to see half a dozen plain glaze and the other half chocolate with some orange drizzle. I guess the Halloween part is the horror of the experience. Gave the extra star since the chocolate donuts were still delicious. Halloween...
