El Calentano Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Georgia

I've been here meant times in the past. I've never experienced a bad situation here. Well that marks the absolute worst! I and my friend were here for lunch today. We both order our food. We both asked for water and I asked for no lemon. I get my water with lime and I told her no. Why never took it away and I'm highly allergic. She never brought me another water. She also never put in my order. I'm sitting here with no food and my friend is here eating hers! The server never wrote down my order and I ordered first. I'll never come here again! She's acted like she couldn't speak English! Then she comes up to me asking me if everything was okay! Are you kidding me! You never put in my order nor did you care about me having any water or food! The you all me is everything was okay! You have children working here that doesn't know how to take care of their customers! That's what I gave you...

I did not have a great experience at this restaurant and if you are not a Latino Man, you probably won’t either.

While there were servers available who did speak English, my Sister and I had a server who only spoke Spanish. She never stated that she didn’t speak English until my bill was paid and we were about to leave. I bring this up because there was a significant difference between the level of service my table received and the Latino males received.

When I received my order, I did not actually receive everything I purchased and when I brought it up, the waitresses seemed to have an issue. They responded with an attitude which was confusing because I PAID for these items. The food wasn’t spectacular to make up for the poor service but the music was on point!

I went here yesterday since we're working nearby the tacos good, my mom ordered a caldo de gallina the vegetables were not cooked. How are yall serving this ? I called and the person whom I spoke to said to bring it in,for a discount and she had to speak with her boss , I don't have time to drive back when I have a job to get done. It’s not my fault food was undercooked That's why I ordered ahead of time, wait time 20 minutes should have been enough to even get the vegetables cooked. I dont ask for handouts I PAID for the food we are consuming, which should be well done I’ve worked in the food industry. So I know if you make sure everything is well done there shouldn’t even be issues like this. And it wasn’t even busy so I don’t think we’ll be returning for any other...
