American Deli — Restaurant in Marietta

This was my first and last visit to this location. Just wanted to grab some wings before I got home.

After I gave my order, I saw it was wrong on the screen, so I repeated it to let them know the order they were placing was incorrect. Instead of listening to me, the young man kept talking over me and at me. I understand language barriers but not his attitude. He made it seem like I didn't know what I wanted. Just 10 wings, not the combo. After repeating myself multiple times, trying to be heard, he finally corrected it. I asked for soft wings, not hard fried. I got home and the wings were so hard and tough. Needless to say, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend. Drive elsewhere.

I only came for the peach drink but since I was there I thought, why not grab me something to eat. This was the most difficult order to place. I don't know how many times I asked, "What type of sides do you have?"  The lady behind the counter kept referring to rice and plate sizes. Finally, I just gave up and ordered a 10-piece lemon pepper with fries and a peach drink. Which came out to be $12.02. However, when I received my order I only received lemon pepper wings and a peach drink. When I asked about this the guy behind the counter said, "You did not order fries." Wait, I never said I didn't want fries. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but you gotta be kidding me! 10 skinny wings and a drink for For $12.02!...

If it was possible to leave a negative review I would. I rarely leave a negative review. If I had a positive experience at any establishment I leave a review, if not you won’t hear anything from me. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED WINGS AND FRIED RICE AND AS SHE WAS EATING THE RICE SHE BIT DOWN ON SOMETHING HARD, SPIT IT OUT AND IT WAS A HUMAN TOOTH. YES EVERYONE!!!!! A HUMAN DISGUSTING ROTTEN TOOTH THAT FELL OUT OF SOMEONES MOUTH WHILE COOKING! As a mother I was livid and grabbed the tooth in a plastic ziplock and drove right to American deli.
