It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Food was decent but service wasn't too good. We ordered a Triple Dipper and got egg rolls instead of BBQ wings, that's fine they replaced them but they didn't taste like BBQ at all. She had to take our whole plate to go replace the wings which I found odd. My kids wanted to eat so I asked her to leave the big mouth bites at the table. Some of the plates and the glasses we received were chipped. When picking up plates the waitress literally just waited for us to hand her everything , didn't say please or thank you... just stood there with her hands out. Didn't greet us nicely not even a smile. The best thing was the molten. Unfortunately we'll be trying a different location next...

The quality of food and service just keeps going down at this location. Today my son was eating his burger and the middle was RAW! I mean soft uncooked, pink, ground beef. I'm so upset right now I don't even know what to do. They manager was no apologetic and sympathetic at all. Instead he gave me the excuse of only having two cooks.
