I placed 2 orders same day both of them I called in to minimize my wait.. The 1st order at 2:20pm placed order told 10 mins it would be ready so I arrived to pick up my order and waited another 15/20 more minutes then asked about my order it still was not ready cashier said about 2 more minutes. So I asked for my money back because of the time constraint. The cashier made sure to check my order time and said "o well" as if but I had to remind them that I called in my order 10 to 15 minutes earlier and that was the time I actually paid for the order not the time it was placed. And for whatever their reason I dont know because I wasn't given a reason nor apology for my wasted lunch break and I could've went somewhere else and received lunch if they had let me know something instead of letting me stand there for another 20 minutes after placing the order 15 minutes earlier. So I left hungry without any lunch for today. So as to give the establishment a second chance because of the earlier mishap, I placed my 2ND order, same day, 20 minutes in advance and I arrived in about 15 minutes, a little early, and yet again people who ordered after I arrived for my called in order were being completed but not mine. I noticed the young lady come out 10 minutes earlier with an order, that could have been mine, but she never called a name for that order as she did the others. She went on until I walked up to the counter and she said O what was your name?.... No apology no complementary drink or % refund for the situation. Until I complained about what I witnessed did they say "o sorry". The cashier actually said " It doesn't seem cold though" REALLY is that what you say when you've purposely held the order and not called a name or recognized the customer for 15/20 minutes and it's just sitting. I've never been treated so bad trying to give an establishment a 2nd chance to redeem themselves. So I will not return but I wanted other customers to aware and if you choose this establishment to call your order in 30 minutes in advance and look for your own order. As I was also told " O no you can step on our toes if YOU see your order sitting up here waiting TELL US" wow tell you about your job responsibility. So that was a bad choice to give a second chance. Read moreFirst thing, my name on the receipt read (incorrectly) with the name (Jay) on it. That's not my name...it's Jackie! So when the employee kept calling the order ready. No one answered of course. After about 40 mins had past I decided to inquiry with the owner/manager in the lobby area about my order while I was watching TV preparing for the Super Bowl. When I arrived home, I noticed that the family box (fries) were over cooked and hard. The 30 wings (10 - honey mustard & 20 - lemon pepper extra crispy (dry) were AWFUL... I've had better service than this in the past @ this location. They had many scrawny pieces located underneath a few normal size pieces. Again, it was Super Bowl Sunday and I was not about to encounter the crowd again as I did earlier. The lines were backed-up with call-ins & new orders as myself. My daughter took in the receipt and met with the owner earlier on today who indicated to her that I would need to return the food with receipt before assistance was granted. Now again, the only thing left was the hard fries... everything else was eaten or thrown away. After, speaking with my daughter, I called the owner myself and explained that due to the busy day they had with people coming in and out on yesterday. I decided to wait to resolve this matter on today! Unfortunately, the owner on-site said that I needed to return the food and then she hung-up on me. Now, that's what you call being RUDE... I called back and spoke with another personnel and informed her that I would be writing in a negative review due the unprofessional services rendered. I know a lot about customer service and this situation was definitely not a good one... This on-site owner/manager needs many lessons on how to treat her clients with utmost respect to all customers whether it be only 1 or more... across the board. The consistency of professionalism and good customer service should be mandated and expressed to each and every individual who enters this place of business. Read moreHorrible customer service! Screamed in my order, because they had the music turned up so loud! The girl kept saying I can't hear you, but them she was able to. She read my order back correctly. Got up to the place the girl had my name wrong, and they did not know I ordered rice too. It won't take long she says, and put my rice order in. I had to remember that my new name was Ebony! Had the nerve to say enjoy your dinner... Yeah I would if ALL my food was hot! The young people running the front are not doing a good job, and they don't they don't care. Got home and my lemon pepper wings did not have any flavor or seasoning on them. Not my first time eating here, and it seems each time I order from this place the customer service got worse. Customer service is vital to any company! They need to come up with a uniform, take orders in a quiet area, and provide realistic pick up times! If my food is cold due to me being late to picking it up then so be it. If I call in an oder and get there on time then I should not have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Well back to the other wing place to see if they got their act together! These places tend to have great potential, but they need to listen to their customers. It will be a while before I order...
