My wife ordered online and had one very simple request for the four or five sandwiches that we ordered. No mayonnaise! Says it on the receipt no mayonnaise. Also says things like don’t forget napkins, and jalapeños on the side, amd they failed at that too. apparently no one there knows how to read as well as not answer the phone. My wife has a severe allergic reaction to mayo and it is all over her sandwich. Lucky for these guys we found it before she bit into it and had an allergic reaction. We don’t ask for things to be on a sandwich or not to be on a sandwich unless it’s absolutely important. This is a very dangerous mistake that the employees need to pay extra special Attention to. My wife could’ve died tonight by eating mayonnaise when someone simply taking the time to read would’ve helped a lot. I’m beyond frustrated. I have called probably 12 times and can’t get anyone to answer the phone and it always says that the voicemail box is full. Doesn’t sound like a legitimate business to me at all. I think some investigations need to take place here. Find out what’s really going on. Cannot stress enough how frustrated I am with knowing that she could’ve had a severe allergic reaction just by biting into it. No mayonnaise means no mayonnaise! Read moreGoing to the Jersey Mike's location on Sandy Plains Road for a couple of years - I have loved everything I have ever ordered there. The people are friendly. The portions plentiful. But, I moved closer into town and live a half mile from the Powers Ferry location. I jokingly told my wife upon leaving to visit the closer location, should I just drive the 3x distance and go to the other location. We laughed it off. I didn't obviously. When I ordered the giant club supreme on white.. it seemed like I had to re-order every part of my order. A GIANT? Yes, a giant. White or wheat? Umm - white. You want CLUB SUB? No, CLUB SUPREME. How about listening to the customer? I am the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE! Anyway, the real BEEF I have with this visit is the fact that there is NO WAY they could have put any less meat on this sandwich. I was shocked. It was worse than Subway. 4 slices of turkey. 4 slices of roast beef. It was ridiculous. I was shocked. This sandwich was 12 dollars. Read moreI order from this location very regularly. I have a severe gluten intolerance and have never had a problem getting well-made gluten free sandwiches here. Today I ordered through their app and received no communication stating that they were out of gluten free buns before being delivered a sandwich on a white bun. When my wife spoke with someone who seemed to be the manager on the phone we were informed that they were out of them and that we would need to request a refund online. Apparently the store can’t get their communication, ingredients, or card processing to actually perform at the level a business that wants to make money should. This used to be one of my favorite places. I will never go here again.
EDIT: After reaching out for assistance with a refund on the order I couldn’t eat I still have not received any communication from Jersey Mike’s other than that they have received my submission. At this point I’m probably just going to have to report the charge as fraudulent as apparently you can’t get communication from this location in any way, shape, or form. What a horribly run location.
