At 12:30pm 4/9/2024 I waited in line for twenty minutes (not a big deal! It’s an airport at lunchtime)! I was on the phone but paying attention to the line. The woman working the toppings station did not look at me but instead looked past me, made a snide remark that was something to the effect of “she must be seasick”, and made fun of me to other patrons for “holding up the line”. I hung up the phone and apologized. Although she clearly had 100% of my attention and respect, she then started loudly berating me for asking if she was talking to me. Read moreThere was a line probably 20+ people long and this team of 2 called an audible, reorganized how they were working and got the entire line knocked out in no time.
It was a pleasure getting to see how quickly and efficiently they took care of each person in line, respecting that they were all in a hurry, while also getting them exactly what they wanted.
If I werein the area, these are staff I would want on my team and I would be attempting to hire them on the spot. Absolutely phenomenal understanding of the people in line and their needs and they were creative in their execution.

Read moreNever open at normal hours or even the posted hours. Bad service all of the way around. It’s Horribly unprofessional location. Rude to customers and just overall not acceptable from any business.
Unfortunate but this is one of the worst options on C in the airport due to these facts. Posted hours are 10-5. Lucky if they are open by noon and closed by 4.
During normal hours there is 1 - 2 employees with others standing in back on their phones. Rude employees. It’s an insane way to run a business.
