So I called and ordered delivery, I asked the person do you have any specials? She said yes we have a large three topping pizza for $16. OK so I ordered it. When the dude shut up my driveway he wanted $21.50?? That was not the price that was quoted to me over the phone. I was fair and was prepared to give him a $3.50 tip. But when it came in at almost 5 dollars more than I was quoted, I was only able to give him $1.50 tip.
Thats $23.50 for a $16 special pizza i was quoted? There needs to be some real transparency, another words we need to know exactly what the pizza cost every time we order, and if Jets adds a delivery charge, it needs to be stated! I'm not so sure if that's what happened, but whatever I will no longer order anything delivered again!
Gave them one last chance on a New York style pizza! Are you freaking kidding me? They actually burned it! this place is got to go away I will never ever! Order a pizza from these...

Placed an order through their website, and my card was immediately charged 2 times for $120. I called the store to clarify, and the manager told me it must’ve been a transaction issue and that the charge “should fall off eventually.”
So now, I’m out $120 and I have no pizza. That’s completely unacceptable. If I took $120 from someone and just said, “Don’t worry, you’ll get it back eventually,” I’d probably be facing legal consequences. But apparently, it’s fine for a business to do that.
No service, no solution, and no urgency to fix it. I won’t be coming back. Zero out of 10. Strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your money...

A telephone the store and spoke to a nice young lady who said she would replace my online order she did to have my order in front of her but we would resubmit it however the price was more expensive so she put me through to what I assume are who I assume was a manager.. this woman stated that I would need to pay the increase price as it was an order from the store as opposed to online when I tried to get clarification about this absurd situation she told me to have a great day and hung...
