After watching this location being built, I decided to try Jimmy Johnâs for the first time. I ordered a 16â #9 and a 16â #11 with Bacon. The total was $32.10. I got home and the #11 was not cut in half and the bacon, which I had paid $3.70 extra for was not on the sandwich. When I called to let them know and give them a chance to make it right, the manager got on the phone with me and in a condescending tone informed me that not only had he listened as I ordered, he had personally made the sandwich and the bacon was on it. IT WAS NOT. As both my husband and myself are restaurant managers, we know that mistakes happened. Instead of admitting to the possibility of a mistake, he basically called me a LIAR. My husband returned the sandwich to the store, however, the manager behaved as though we were somehow still lying, had removed the bacon just to leave a warm cozy bed to have the sandwich remade.    Read moreIf I could give this location negative stars, I would. The location on the app shows they close at 10 and it let me place an order and it says pick up as soon as possible. I show up and wait by the speaker for about 5 minutes with no answer. I decide to drive to the window & let them know im there. I show up and a girl comes out but before she opens the window, I hear her talking to her co-worker, yelling and saying âIF WE DONT ANSWER IT MEANS WE CLOSEDâ she then opens the window and rudely says theyâre closed. I tell her I have a mobile order then she gets the manager and the manager basically tells me to kick rocks. I ask if they can cancel or at least tell me how to and she just says that she doesnât know. I ask her to give me the customer service number so I can call and cancel it and she says that she doesnât know it. Absolutely useless and rude. The store would operate better if they had robots...
