Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I've tried calling multiple times, on different days. It rings and rings. I assumed they are just always exceptionally busy but this was frustrating because I had questions their website could not answer. I still wanted to give them a chance because finding gluten free pizza can be hard and Google said they offered it. So, I've continued to call periodically hoping someone would answer one day. Did finally manage to get someone today. For context, I have a gluten allergy. I asked about their GF options. The person on the phone wasn't even sure if they have GF items and had to verify. How do you not know what products you sell...? I asked how they cook the GF pizza, is it in the same oven, is it on shared pans or do they use new pans? Are the pans washed in between usage or reused? He didn't know literally anything. He kept having to put me on hold to ask. The final time he went to "put me on hold" he just hung up on me. If you have a gluten allergy do not eat here!!! They clearly have no clue whatsoever about GF and are likely to really hurt someone or at the bare minimum get them very sick. This location needs to train their employees better: on what products they sell, how their prepare their products, and on (very common)...

I stopped going to this location almost a year ago and now I remember why. I had my two small sleeping kids with me and their website states they have curbside service still available and I discovered upon arrival that is NOT the case. While I understand changes happen the young man that answered the phone to tell me it was no longer available was VERY dismissive about it. After that inconvenience, I walked inside, with the kiddos, and several employees watched me come in but no one bothered to greet me for a few minutes. After finally receiving my order, I asked if my sauces were in the box and was told that they were. Since I recall that this location has been stingy in the past, I double checked and sure enough they weren’t included. I’m convinced they hope you don’t ask or check so that they don’t have to provide them. Bottom line, the pizza was good but if you live in the area, I would definitely recommend going to the Woodstock location if you want quality customer service and an accurate order. I won’t be returning to this one...

I placed my order online and once I went inside to pickup my order I noticed that the young man handling the dough did not have on any gloves, I didn't trip to much but as I continued to watch him make more he kept wiping his hand all over his clothes (no apron). He then attempted to go to the restroom but someone was already inside, he then took out his cell phone did something on it and put it back in his pocket. I was sure he was going to wash his hands after touching the bathroom door and his cell phone. NOPE went right back to making pizza.. I had seen enough and decided to cancel my order he asked my why was canceling my order and advise that it was ready. I told him why I was canceling my order he told me he was allergic to latex, thats understandable but after you touched doors and phones you should have washed your hands. he had the audacity to catch an attitude and said once it goes into the oven the heat kills the germs 😕😳....
